Responsabilités et activités principales :
- Conception et développement : Supervision de la conception et du développement d’applications full-stack utilisant Python pour les services back-end, et React pour les interfaces utilisateur.
- Automatisation des déploiements : Création et gestion de pipelines CI/CD robustes utilisant GitHub, Docker et Linux pour une livraison de logiciel automatisée.
- Favoriser les meilleures pratiques DevOps : Promouvoir une culture de collaboration et d’amélioration continue au sein des équipes.
- Gestion des infrastructures : Conception de systèmes back-end évolutifs et gestion de stratégies de containerisation via Docker.
- Mentorat et leadership : Offrir un leadership technique et du mentorat aux ingénieurs concernant les technologies modernes et les meilleures pratiques DevOps.
- Collaboration inter-fonctionnelle : Travailler avec les parties prenantes pour définir les exigences techniques et garantir une haute qualité des solutions livrées.
Qualifications requises :
Niveau d’éducation : Diplôme de Bachelor en Informatique ou dans des domaines STEM avec un minimum de 8 ans d’expérience dans le domaine.
Compétences techniques :
- Expertise technique : Solides compétences en Python, React et en modélisation de bases de données avec PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- CI/CD : Maîtrise des outils et pratiques d’intégration continue et de déploiement continu.
- Infrastructure cloud : Expérience avec AWS et des outils d’automatisation d’infrastructure comme Ansible et Kubernetes.

- Lead the design and development of full-stack applications, focusing on Python for backend services, React for frontend interfaces, and ORM with PostgreSQL/MySQL for data persistence.
- Architect, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Docker, and Linux environments to automate software delivery and ensure high availability
- Champion DevOps methodologies and best practices across teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (e.g., with asynchronous frameworks) and design intuitive, responsive user interfaces with React.
- Oversee containerization strategies using Docker and manage deployments, ensuring network configurations (VLANs, ARP, routing, firewalls) support application needs effectively.
- Optionally, contribute to infrastructure automation with Ansible, manage cloud services on AWS and Kubernetes, and implement infrastructure as code with Terraform/OpenTofu.
- Lead the research and adoption of emerging technologies in full-stack development (Python, React), DevOps, CI/CD, and networking to enhance our technical capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineers on Python, ORM, React, modern DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, Docker, and Linux systems.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.
- Drive the development of Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) using modern technologies and robust design patterns for scalable, enterprise-class applications.
