Description du Poste
Vous aurez la chance de collaborer avec l’équipe marketing pour mettre en œuvre le plan d’activité annuel des marques dans les canaux Retail et Out of Retail. Les responsabilités incluent l’analyse de données de marché ainsi que la gestion des activités de relations publiques et médias, en se concentrant sur les marques Perugina.
Une journée type inclut :
- Analyse de marché : extraction, traitement et interprétation des données
- Mise en œuvre des promotions : aide à l’organisation d’activités promotionnelles pour les consommateurs et le commerce
- Innovation : soutien dans le processus d’innovation et de rénovation des produits
- Développement digital : aide à la gestion des activités web et des campagnes numériques sur Instagram
- Collaboration avec les parties prenantes : coordination avec des activités internes (finance, marketing, vente) et externes (agences créatives)
Profil Recherché
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Formation : Étudiants ou diplômés en Marketing, Économie ou équivalent
- Compétences numériques : bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des outils bureautiques, compétences en gestion de données et KPI économiques
- Passion pour le marketing : attitude positive et curieuse, capacité à travailler en équipe
- Langues : maîtrise de l’italien et de l’anglais

- Support in market analysis: data extraction, processing and interpretation
- Support for the implementation of consumer/trade promotional activities
- Support in innovation and renovation process (both channels Retail and Out of Retail);
- Support for the development/implementation of web sites activities
- Support for digital campaign and Baking organic Editorial Plan (on Instagram)
- Support the management in both internal (finance, trade marketing, sales) and external stakeholders (creative agencies) activities
What will make you successful
- Undergraduates or Graduates in Marketing, Economics or equivalent
- Being comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets (good knowledge of Excel and Office), with analytical skills on Market Data and on Economics Kpi’s
- Digital skills (Perugina Instagram page, e-commerce maintenance, brand content su Amazon)
- Passionate about marketing, with a positive and curious attitude,
- Being a team player, with a responsible, proactive and result focus approach
- Fluent in both Italian and English
