Profil du Poste
Titre du poste : Senior Technical Product Manager – Wallets
Ce poste exige une expertise technique approfondie dans la création et la gestion de portefeuilles crypto. Le candidat idéal possédera une solide expérience dans la direction d’équipes interfonctionnelles tout au long du cycle de vie des produits. Les responsabilités incluent le développement de produits, la recherche de marché et la gestion de la qualité et du calendrier de livraison.
Responsabilités
- Développement et Roadmap : Conduire le cycle de vie complet du produit, de l’idéation à l’analyse post-lancement.
- Expertise Technique : Traduire des concepts techniques complexes en exigences claires et exploitables.
- Collaboration Interfonctionnelle : Travailler avec différents départements pour valider les solutions et assurer leur livraison.
- Qualité et Livraison : Garantir que les fonctionnalités des produits sont livrées dans les délais et respectent les standards de qualité.
Qualifications et Compétences Requises
Exigences :
– Expérience de plus de 5 ans en gestion de produit, dont au moins 3 ans en gestion de produit technique.
– Expérience antérieure en gestion ou développement de portefeuilles crypto avec des fonctionnalités DeFi.
– Excellentes compétences en communication pour relier les parties prenantes techniques et non techniques.
– Maîtrise des méthodologies agiles (Jira, Asana, etc.).
– Compréhension forte des microservices et systèmes pair-à-pair, ainsi que des technologies JavaScript.
Agréables à avoir :
- Expérience en développement pratique avec des frameworks JavaScript tels que Node.js, React ou Angular.

Are you ready to be part of the future?About the jobIn this role, you will require a deep understanding of building crypto wallets, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define product roadmaps, align on requirements, and launch new products, all in the field of crypto-wallets.This is a great opportunity for someone with great experience, to contribute to impactful product launches in a highly dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Product development and Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams.Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements. Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions.Quality & Delivery: Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.Expertise in agile methodologies – Jira, Asana etc.Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, Javascript.Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.Nice to haveHands-on development experience with JavaScript (e.g., frameworks like Node.js, React, or Angular).
