Le poste d’analyste de la chaîne d’approvisionnement chez Wolt Market est essentiel pour soutenir les opérations au sein de l’entreprise. Ce rôle implique la conversion de données complexes en informations exploitables, facilitant des décisions éclairées sur la gestion des stocks, la réduction des déchets et l’efficacité générale.
Responsabilités Clés
Vous serez notamment chargé de :
- Analyser les données de la chaîne d’approvisionnement pour identifier les tendances et les inefficacités.
- Gérer les niveaux de stock et participer à la planification des approvisionnements.
- Produire des rapports et tableaux de bord sur la performance des chaînes d’approvisionnement.
- Assurer une communication fluente avec les fournisseurs pour garantir le bon déroulement des opérations.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de logistique et de stockage pour améliorer les processus.
- Mettre en œuvre des initiatives d’optimisation de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
- Répartir des recherches sur les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie.
- Documenter les procédures opérationnelles standards et les améliorations de workflows.
Profil Recherché
Pour intégrer l’équipe Wolt, plusieurs compétences et expériences sont attendues :
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en chaîne d’approvisionnement, logistique ou domaines connexes.
- Compétences analytiques avérées pour travailler avec des données complexes.
- Maîtrise d’outils comme MS Excel et Google Sheets.
- Familiarité avec des systèmes de gestion ERP ou logiciels de chaîne d’approvisionnement.
- Attention aux détails et capacité à résoudre des problèmes.
- Compétences en communication pour collaborer efficacement avec diverses équipes.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais; la connaissance du finnois est un atout.

Expect to tackle dynamic challenges like forecasting in volatile markets, optimizing fulfillment strategies, and scaling operations in new cities.What you’ll be doingAs a Wolt Market Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting supply chain operations through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and other teams to monitor supply chain performance, identify inefficiencies, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. Your role will focus on ensuring accurate inventory tracking, improving procurement processes, and optimizing supply chain workflows.Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and assisting in replenishment planning.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key supply chain performance metrics.
- Assist in supplier communication and coordination to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to improve supply chain processes.
- Support the implementation of supply chain optimization initiatives and system improvements.
- Conduct research on industry trends, supply chain best practices, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures and workflow improvements.
Our humble expectations
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with ERP systems, inventory management tools, or supply chain software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent skills in G Suite or MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel).
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Finnish is a plus, but not mandatory
