Fonction Principale
Le Superviseur de Sourcing sera responsable de la direction et de l’orientation générale des employés NEX engagés dans les activités de service de devis. Ce rôle stratégique vise à encourager un service de premier ordre qui permettra d’atteindre les objectifs de revenu, de rentabilité et d’opérations.
Responsabilités Clés
- Construire des Standards de Travail : Promouvoir une expérience client exceptionnelle qui distingue Grainger de ses compétiteurs.
- Coaching des Équipes : Accompagner les membres de l’équipe dans l’adoption des pratiques standards et des outils, en mettant l’accent sur l’urgente compétitivité.
- Engagement des Employés : Créer un environnement où les employés se sentent valorisés et engagés dans la réussite de l’organisation.
- Support Opérationnel Quotidien : Gérer le processus de devis standard et répondre aux questions des membres de l’équipe en temps réel.
- Suivi des Performances : Évaluer la performance individuelle des employés à travers des réunions mensuelles, basées sur des critères clairement définis.
- Collaborations Internes : Établir des relations solides avec les partenaires internes pour répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients et de l’organisation.
Compétences Requises
Éducation : Un diplôme de niveau Bachelor est requis.
Expérience : Une expérience antérieure en supervision de 1 à 3 ans est préférable. Les candidats doivent avoir la capacité d’engager et d’autonomiser les employés pour identifier des améliorations de processus et dépasser les attentes des clients.
Compétences : D’excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, des capacités relationnelles solides, ainsi qu’une aptitude marquée à résoudre des problèmes et à prendre des décisions sont essentielles. Les candidats doivent également être capables de travailler simultanément sur plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique.

You will report to the Sourcing Operations Manager.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITYBuild to Standard Work to promote a high level of customer experience that differentiates Grainger from its competitors.Coach Team Members to compete with urgency through Standard Work adoption, tool use, productivity, and quality to promote the best customer experience.Promote employee engagement to create and promote an environment where employees are empowered and committed to the success of the organization.Monitor and enhance employees’ individual performance through clearly defined expectations and training to achieve organizational goals regarding productivity, work quality and overall customer experience. Use the monthly 1:1 meeting to convey individual Team Member scorecards on performance.Build relationships with internal partners and colleagues to ensure processes are while addressing the needs of the customer and the company.Manage Daily Operational support of Standard Quote processing including: Aging quotes in process, Quotes that have not been started yet, Quote Approvals and Cancelations where applicable, Large Dollar PO releases and situational Team Members questions.Work with Partners towards Sourcing Goals of Timely, Accurate quotes. Join DSM calls to foster Sourcing partnerships to bring awareness to Sourcing capabilities and processes.Deploy to Team Members in huddles/meetings any Sourcing process changes and programs per Sourcing Deployment process; while driving communications that are consistent across leadership and help Team Members understand the why.Embrace change management principles to improve success into work. Embrace curiosity to ensure foundational understanding of the process is embedded in daily work.
