Vos Responsabilités
Gestion des Exigences : Le postulant sera chargé de rassembler, analyser et définir les exigences des clients dans le cadre des projets navals et aériens. Une attention particulière sera portée à la clarté et à l’alignement des exigences avec les objectifs de chaque projet.
Collaboration avec les Parties Prenantes : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de projet et d’autres parties prenantes est essentiel pour bien comprendre le cadre et les attentes du projet.
Communication et Coordination : Vous serez le principal point de contact pour toutes les questions liées aux exigences, facilitant ainsi la communication entre les clients et les équipes internes.
Gestion des Risques et des Problèmes : Un rôle proactif sera nécessaire pour identifier et adresser les risques potentiels associés aux exigences, afin d’éviter tout retard ou décalage dans le projet.
Gestion des Changements : Surveiller les changements dans les exigences, en veillant à ce qu’ils soient correctement évalués et intégrés dans le cadre du projet.
Documentation et Reporting : Assurer que toutes les exigences sont correctement suivies et maintenues conformément aux normes de l’industrie.
Assurance Qualité : Garantir que toutes les exigences sont vérifiées par rapport aux livrables finaux, afin de garantir que le produit rencontre les attentes et obligations contractuelles du client.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal devra posséder une formation en ingénierie, informatique ou une expérience pertinente au sein des forces armées ou de l’industrie de la défense. Une expérience avérée en gestion des exigences, idéalement dans les secteurs naval, aérien ou de défense, est attendue.
Compétences clés :
- Connaissance des méthodologies et outils de gestion des exigences.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités efficacement.
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes.
- Compétences solides en communication, à l’aise avec les interactions avec les parties prenantes.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with project core teams and various stakeholders to ensure the clear definition, understanding, and management of customer requirements throughout the project lifecycle.You are known to ISO/IEC 15288 and are able to oversee the definition, analysis, and management of system requirements, ensuring compliance within our processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all requirements are properly documented, tracked, and met according to customer needs and expectations.Your tasksRequirement Management: Gather, analyse, and define customer requirements across naval and air domain projects. Ensure that requirements are well-documented, clear, and aligned with project goals.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, and other key stakeholders to establish a deep understanding of the needs and expectations related to the project’s scope.Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all requirement-related matters, ensuring smooth communication between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks or gaps in requirements and collaborate with the team to proactively address them to prevent project delays or misalignments.Change Management: Monitor any changes in requirements and ensure they are properly evaluated, documented, and integrated into the project scope.Documentation and Reporting: Ensure all requirements are tracked, maintained, and reported in line with industry standards, and that the project team has access to the most current and accurate information.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all requirements are verified against the final deliverables, making sure the final product meets the customer’s expectations and contractual obligations.Your profileYou enjoy working with technical challenges and are motivated by working with new technologies, products and systems.We expect you to hold a degree in engineering, computer science or similar or relevant work experience from the Armed Forces or defence industry.You have proven experience in requirement management, ideally within naval, air or defence sector.You understand the methodologies and tools of requirement management, you are able to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, and have strong problem-solving skills.We are in a global environment and therefore look for candidates with various backgrounds and experiences.
