Description du poste
Le poste de **Customer Account Specialist** au sein d’Analog Devices représente une opportunité dynamique et stimulante. Responsabilités
Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous serez en charge de plusieurs tâches essentielles :
– **Service client** : Gérer les communications avec les clients via téléphone, chat en direct ou e-mails. Répondre à des besoins variés tels que la gestion des commandes, des expéditions et des paiements.
– **Coordination interne** : Collaborer avec différents départements d’Analog Devices, y compris la chaîne d’approvisionnement, les ventes, l’informatique et la comptabilité, afin d’optimiser la gestion des commandes clients.
Exigences
Pour postuler, vous devrez satisfaire aux critères suivants :
– **Diplôme** : Un baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent.
– **Compétences linguistiques** : Excellentes aptitudes en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en mandarin.
