More information can be found on the corporate website:PRIMARY FUNCTION:The Technical Corner Specialist will help to identify crucial parameters of operation of customer machines and work with dealers to provide them early insight of actions that can be taken to reduce downtime. As a member of the Product Support organization the Technical Corner Specialist will work with the engineering, product development, technical support and brand service teams globally to identify opportunities to monitor and proactively contact dealers to expedite the diagnostic and repair process.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify opportunities for proactive downtime reduction using data trends
- Develop contact triggers to notify CNH Industrial and its Dealers of critical service opportunities.
- Provide expert technical advice based on data from machine performance monitoring to dealership service departments.
- Work with technical publications to create diagnostic packages related to developed triggers.
- Utilize the Universal Control Room, telematics portals, and THD data to deliver solutions to dealers and customers. Collaborate with global counterparts as well as the brand and digital groups to align and share strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Industrial or agricultural engineer or equivalent through experience, with good knowledge of agricultural machinery
- Experience in service / after sales related activities or engineering
- High dedication in terms of independence
- Good social, communicative skills
- Languages: Good English Knowledge
- ICT skills: Microsoft package, CNH applications, data analysis, ADX (Azure Data Explorer), Databricks
- You are able to structure/use Data
