Cette position est essentielle au sein de l’équipe **Exposure**, chargée de développer des systèmes de surveillance et de couverture des trading à effet de levier ainsi que de transmettre les ordres aux systèmes d’exécution. En tant que leader technique, la responsabilité principale sera de diriger l’équipe d’Exposure en Pologne et de s’assurer que les applications, principalement développées en C++ et Python, sont performantes et rénovées selon les normes modernes.
Tâches Principales
* **Développement Actif :** Participer au développement en C++ et Python, tout en maintenant des standards de code élevés.
* **Gestion d’Équipe :** Animer les rituels d’équipe, planifier le travail et fournir des mises à jour régulières.
* **Innovation et Rénovation :** Introduire de nouvelles idées pour améliorer les systèmes tout en garantissant une transition sécurisée.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal devra posséder les compétences suivantes :
- Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise des dernières normes C++ et des principes de conception logicielle moderne. Une compétence ou un intérêt pour Python serait un plus.
- Expérience en Gestion : Avoir une expérience avec JIRA et des pratiques Scrum/Kanban est essentiel.
- Compétences Communicationnelles : Excellente communication écrite et verbale, avec une attention particulière aux détails.
Une passion pour le trading, bien qu’elle ne soit pas obligatoire, est considérée comme un atout.

The suite of applications are in C++ and Python. We want someone hands on with C++ and Python to build and create an active and empowered team. There’s lots of renovation to do as-well as an existing book of work.
