Environnement de Travail

Le poste se situe sur le site de Limerick, au sein d’une installation de fabrication de Wafer Class 10. Les candidats sélectionnés réaliseront diverses tâches qui enrichissent leurs compétences techniques tout en leur offrant un environnement collaboratif.

Missions Principales

Les responsabilités incluent, mais ne se limitent pas à :

• Assistance dans la réparation d’outils, tant préventive que corrective.
• Analyse des causes profondes et résolution de problèmes à l’échelle des composants.
• Participation au développement et à l’amélioration des outils.
• Conduire des projets d’amélioration de manière autonome et en équipe.
• Collaboration avec un mentor pour résoudre des problématiques matérielles sur le terrain.
• Inclusion dans des présentations sur le travail acharné, les apprentissages et les recommandations.
• Lecture de manuels techniques et travail à partir de schémas et spécifications.
• Bonne communication écrite et verbale, avec aptitude à exposer les problèmes et leurs solutions.
• Capacités à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire avec efficacité dans un environnement dynamique.
• Flexibilité dans la gestion des priorités avec une supervision minimale.

Conditions de Travail

Ce poste est basé sur un système de rotation des shifts, avec un supplément de rémunération pour les horaires de travail en équipe.

Critères de Candidature

Le candidat idéal aura :

• Formation : en cours de validation de diplômes de niveau 7 ou 8 (NFQ), ou qualification technique de niveau 6 avec expérience pertinente.
• Expérience : connaissance de l’environnement réglementé ou rôle en maintenance d’équipements dans l’industrie manufacturière, maîtrise des outils à main souhaitée.
• Méthodes d’analyse et de dépannage, telles que l’analyse des causes profondes et la résolution de problèmes.
• Aptitude à suivre des procédures de maintenance préventive et de travail standard.
• Compréhension de la stratégie de maintenance productive totale (TPM) serait un plus.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
• Disponibilité pour travailler dans un cycle de 5 shifts.

While experience might be of an advantage, this opportunity is open also to those with limited industry experience.At our Limerick site we manufacture Integrated Circuits that are used in all forms of the electronics spectrum from industrial to consumer devices.This role will be situated in our cleanroom class 10 Wafer Fabrication facility and will require successful applicants to perform the following duties:

• Assist in Tool repair both planned and unplanned
• Assist in Root cause troubleshooting and fault finding to component level.
• Assist in ongoing tool development and enhancement.
• The freedom and support to drive improvement projects both alone and as part of team.
• Work with coach / mentor in hands-on practical investigation and resolution on hardware
• Involvement in presentations on completed work / learnings and recommendations
• Ability to work from technical manuals, specifications, drawings/diagrams, schematics, written and verbal instructions utilizing a variety of tools & test equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable presenting issues and solutions.
• Ability to work well in a diverse team environment and multi-task.
• Be capable of working with minimal supervision and adjust to rapidly changing priorities.

These tools offer the potential to experience a multitude of exciting aspects including: Electronics, High Vacuum, Pneumatics, Pneumatics and Robotics.Some of the Individual Toolsets onsite include:

This is a rotating shift-based role and in addition, the successful candidate will also be paid a competitive shift premium.The successful candidate will ideally have the following:

• Education: Building towards bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 7) or Honours Bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 8). Level 6 Technical qualification with Relevant experience.
• Experience: Understanding of regulated environment or an Equipment Maintenance role within manufacturing industry. Experience in hand tool application would be an advantage.
• Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving, 5-why), and First Time Right repair skills.
• Able to follow preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures.
• Analog Devices adopts a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy. A basic understanding in this area would be of advantage.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be open to work a 5-cycle shift pattern
