– Assist in the planning and execution of platform and category-based marketing campaigns.
– Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as account managers, creator managers, and other cross-functional teams to support campaign operations.
– Help track and analyze campaign performance, including order volume and GMV, and assist in identifying improvement opportunities.
– Stay updated on social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce trends in the Japan market, and support the development of creative campaign ideas based on emerging trends.
– Provide support in monitoring campaign progress and assist in optimizing campaign outcomes.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
– Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above.
– Interest in marketing campaigns, digital commerce, and content creation.
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in English and Japanese (spoken and written).
– Detail-oriented and enthusiastic about learning in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications
– Coursework or previous internship experience in e-commerce, marketing, or digital platforms.
– Basic knowledge of campaign performance metrics (e.g., GMV, CTR, engagement rates).
– Creative thinking and willingness to contribute ideas for partnerships and activations.
