Le Poste : Trade Accountant

Yara recherche actuellement un Trade Accountant pour intégrer son équipe des Supply Operations, au sein de l’unité Nitrogen Sourcing & Trading. Cette fonction centralisée permet d’assurer le flux nécessaire de matériaux essentiels pour promouvoir l’agriculture durable à l’échelle mondiale.

Responsabilités Principal

Le candidat retenu sera chargé d’assumer diverses responsabilités, notamment :

• Suivi précis et ponctuel des échanges, des accruals et des marges dans le système SAP.
• Soutien opérationnel concernant les problématiques comptables quotidiennes dans SAP.
• Préparation et suivi des tâches de clôture de fin de mois.
• Assistance à la Trésorerie pour l’allocation des paiements entrants.
• Analyse des écarts entre les feuilles de lot réelles et budgétisées.
• Suivi des soldes clients et fournisseurs.
• Gestion des demandes de données maîtresses.
• Élaboration de rapports financiers ad-hoc.
• Assurer le respect des procédures de contrôle interne en matière de reporting financier.
• Support dans le processus d’audit.
• Aide aux opérations pour l’émission de notes de crédit et de débit.

Profil Recherché

Le candidat idéal doit posséder les qualifications suivantes :

• Diplôme académique en comptabilité ou contrôle de gestion.
• Une expérience de 2-3 ans dans un environnement de trading ou comptabilité dans le secteur des matières premières.
• Familiarité avec les systèmes ERP (notamment SAP) et bonnes compétences en MS Office, en particulier Excel.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais et compétences en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
• Qualités : proactivité, autonomie, et capacité à travailler sous pression.
• Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en étant indépendant et rigoureux.

• Accurate and timely follow-up of trades, accruals and margins in SAP
• Support operations with daily SAP accounting issues
• Follow and prepare month-end closing tasks.
• Assist Treasury with allocating incoming payments
• Analysis of actual vs. budget lot sheet or contract
• Follow-up of customer and vendor balances
• Manage master data requests
• Ad-hoc financial reports
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures on financial reporting
• Support the audit process
• Support operations in issuing Credit and Debit notes

Profile

• Academic degree in accounting & controlling
• 2-3 years of experience in a trading environment / Accounting / Controlling in Commodity Trading
• Experience with ERP Systems (SAP) and proficiency with the MS Office package, especially Excel
• Fluent in English and good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently & accurately
• Autonomous, able to work under pressure and team player
