- Ensure tool production and delivery for implementation in target outlets across Off Trade channels.
- Provide clear execution guidelines and tools to the salesforce for flawless execution of defined activity programs.
- Lead planning and execution of annual activities calendar, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery with monthly updates.
- Negotiate and implement activities in target outlets alongside the commercial team, ensuring persuasive commercial arguments.
- Set SMART objectives for all activities, conduct full post-evaluations for actionable insights, and compile monthly reports for the Country Manager and wider team.
- Relevant trade marketing experience in FMCG or F&B industry.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Prominent level of data and analytical acumen.
