Poste proposé
Le poste de Trainee Patent Engineer-Attorney fait partie d’un programme de formation de trois ans, qui prépare les candidats à devenir avocats en brevets de classe mondiale. Ce programme s’adresse principalement aux jeunes diplômés, titulaires d’un M.Sc. ou d’un Ph.D. dans des domaines liés aux TIC.
Les missions
En intégrant cette formation, vous aurez l’opportunité de :
- Recevoir un encadrement complet pour devenir un avocat en brevets reconnu.
- Suivre une formation en droit, sans nécessité de connaissances préalables dans ce domaine.
- Participer à un secondment dans un cabinet d’avocats spécialisé ou un bureau de brevets.
- Devenir un expert dans la protection des idées technologiques, en vous concentrant sur l’évaluation des inventions, la rédaction et la soumission de demandes de brevets, ainsi que sur la commercialisation de l’IPR.
