Responsabilités Principales
*L’Analyste Trésorerie NA sera intégré(e) au sein de l’équipe chargée de la gestion de toutes les fonctions de trésorerie relatives au négoce en Amérique du Nord (États-Unis et Canada). Les responsabilités incluent :*
- Administration des paiements : Gestion des paiements quotidiens liés aux activités commerciales, vérification et soumission des paiements aux banques dans les délais impartis.
- Gestion des recettes de ventes : Suivi des recettes clients, investigation des non-réceptions de fonds et réconciliation bancaire en collaboration avec les départements comptables et financiers.
Compétences Requises
*Les candidats doivent posséder les compétences suivantes :*
- Formation : Diplôme en comptabilité ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience professionnelle : Expérience antérieure dans un rôle en banque, finance ou comptabilité est préférable.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit).
- Soft Skills : Capacité à travailler sous pression, sens de la précision, aisance au travail d’équipe et esprit ouvert.
- Compétences Techniques : Bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft (Excel, Word).

- Accounting related academic background
- Working experience within a banking/finance or accounting role is preferred
- Advanced level of English (written/oral) is required.
- Ability to be flexible, handle stressful situations and work to firm deadlines
- Precise, efficient, and accurate working style with excellent attention to detail to complete the daily processes
- Good team-player and an open personality with energy and drive
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word)
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrate, monitor, and manage the Payments function, including:
- Setup all daily payments, covering trading activity
- Submit and manage the payments process, ensuring all payments are checked, signed, and submitted to the banks, before their respective deadlines
- As required verifying payments and transfers through the Treasury system
- Maintaining the Treasury system with up-to-date bank details
- Ensuring payment confirmation requests are handled in a timely manner
Administrate, monitor, and manage the Sales Receipt function, including:
- Managing the Sales Receipts
- Chasing and investigating non-receipt of funds from customers through Banks or Traffic departments
- Receipt bookings in Treasury System, including liaising with Accounting and Finance departments
- Bank reconciliation and review work: liaise with accounting
Key Relationships and Department Overview:The Treasury team works closely with invoicing and Trade Finance, on a daily basis.
