Description du Poste
En tant que TSE Test Equipment Engineer chez Micron, vous jouerez un rôle fondamental dans le développement, l’amélioration et la qualification de l’équipement. Cette position requiert une collaboration étroite avec divers départements tels que la fabrication, l’ingénierie des tests et l’assurance qualité, afin de spécifier et d’optimiser des systèmes de fabrication innovants.

Responsabilités et Tâches Principales
Équipement :
- Support et évaluation des équipements sur les sites (Tool of Records).
- Mise en œuvre de meilleures pratiques et améliorations dans les procédures.
- Collaboration avec l’équipe de maintenance pour de nouvelles technologies.
- Analyse de l’efficacité des processus et recommandations d’amélioration.
Soutien aux Clients Internes et Externes :
- Mentorat pour les propriétaires d’équipement des sites.
- Diagnostic et résolution de problèmes d’équipement.
Adhésion aux Principes de Sécurité :
- Signalement des dangers dans les zones de travail.
- Suivi des procédures de sécurité appropriées.
Qualifications Requises
- Baccalauréat en Génie Électrique, Mécatronique ou expérience équivalente.
- Compétences analytiques solides et prise de décision.
- Expérience avec des outils d’analyse de données, telle que KTDA, RA, et FMEA.
- Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais pour une communication efficace.
Critères d’Embauche
- Compréhension des opérations de test et assemblage des composants.
- Capacité à gérer les processus commerciaux mondiaux.
- Expérience avec des outils de visualisation de données comme Tableau et Power BI souhaitable.

You will work with Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Process Engineering, QA, Suppliers, and other cross functional central team resources to specify, develop, optimize, integrate and qualify new and existing systems for manufacturing. You will provide direction and assistance in Taiwan and internationally with the aim at enabling new technology, reducing overall cost, increase yield, reliability, safety, and optimize product manufacturing quality.Justification– Enlarge Network Level support – Global EE group (Increase in project involvement with ATCP, Site IE, Site equipment enhancement project )
– New site enablement support in Equipment.
– Fill in the thermal job in MTB for NPI on mobile/Graphic as well as global support.
– Higher level of close mentorship to the site while training the local engineers
– Huge site dependency – MTB’s site EE attrition
– Big Skill Gap to close. Boise Scale-down in SME.
– Single source of expertise on mobile and Graphic equipment. No apprentice or transition for backup. Remote transition is ongoing, but it will take a longer time and Crisis will not wait for us to complete the transition.
– Attrition Risk and mitigation (TSE)Job Responsibilities:Responsibilities and TasksEquipment
- Responsible for Test TOR (Tool of Records) equipment sites’ support, evaluation, trouble-shooting and installation
- Fan out Best-Known Method to all sites in TOR procedures, deficiencies, and designs/implements improvements.
- Work closely with process engineering and site’s equipment maintenance team to develop and support new process/technology implementation.
- Monitor and identify process efficiency, OEE and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Supports TOR Equipment OS (Operating Software) and software release.
- Supports evaluation on new technologies and equipment to improve current tool sets and method.
- Independent and self-driven in projects/tasks assigned.
- Able to travel internal/oversea to support relevant projects/deployment base on business needed.
- Willing to rotate the job functional based on the business needed.
Support internal/external Customer
- Responsible in conducting and mentoring sites equipment owners to take up new project in SWAT(Strategic Workflow Alignment Team). Eventually enabling the SWAT member to take up active roles and responsibilities.
- Respond to the HVM site request as needed.
- Reprioritize the customer requests as needed.
- Respond to the external customer requirement as needed.
- Diagnose test area equipment problems and implement solutions.
Adhere to and Promote 6S
- Identify and promptly report any hazards in lab area.
- Follow safety procedures and area work rules including proper PPE, lockout and chemical safety.
- Operate equipment and tools within manufacturers and company guidelines.
- Use proper lifting techniques and work in an ergonomically correct manner.
- Perform the support for the 6S activities per HVM site requirement.
Qualifications
- Hands-on working knowledge of manufacturing AT test processes
- Hands-on working knowledge of AT test equipment.
- Good understanding of equipment mechanical/electrical fundamental such as: electronics circuit, infra-structure, mechanical function and the reliability of the equipment.
- Knowledge in any of the following equipment index: Utilization/OEE/MTTR/MTBF and good understanding on those KPI.
- Excellent in problem analytical and decision-making ability is required.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools: KTDA (Kepner Tregoe Decision Analysis), RA (Risk Assessment), FMEA (Failure Mode Effective Analysis) and change management process.
- Has good command of English and able to communicate effectively.
- Test process / Test Program language for Memory device coding / SEC/GEM / GPIB / IS (Information System) communication protocol.
Requirements.
- A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent levels of experience and education.
- Self-motivated and hardworking with a pleasant personality.
- Has good command of English and able to communicate effectively.

- Experience in SharePoint list management and in writing optimized SQL queries.
- Experience in Data Visualization tools and libraries like Tableau and Power BI would be advantageous.
- Experience in Python would be advantageous.
