Détails du Poste

Dans le cadre de son développement, Codeway recherche un Spécialiste Marketing (ASO/ASA) passionné et autonome. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la gestion des efforts d’Optimisation des App Store (ASO) et de la Publicité de Recherche sur l’App Store (ASA) de toutes les applications de l’entreprise.

Responsabilités Principales

Optimisation de la Portefeuille d’Applications: Superviser toutes les initiatives ASO et ASA.
Utilisation d’Outils Professionnels: Exploiter les outils de l’industrie tels que Sensor Tower et MobileAction pour prendre des décisions basées sur des données.
Gestion des Relations: Entretenir des relations étroites avec les représentants de Apple Search Ads à Londres.
Suivi et Rapports: Préparer des rapports réguliers sur les performances ASO et ASA, en présentant des recommandations claires au département marketing et à la direction.
Stratégie de Mots-Clés: Effectuer une recherche de mots-clés pour identifier ceux à fort potentiel et optimiser les descriptions d’applications.
Collaboration Créative: Travailler avec les artistes marketing pour créer de nouveaux visuels pour les vitrines des applications.
Tests et Itérations: Tester et mettre à jour régulièrement les visuels de vitrine pour améliorer le taux de conversion.
Veille Stratégique: Se tenir informé des dernières tendances en ASO et ASA, et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques.

Profil Recherché

Le candidat idéal devra démontrer les compétences suivantes :

Compétences Analytiques: Forte appétence pour l’analyse de données.
Expérience: Connaissance avérée en ASO et ASA.
Esprit d’Équipe: Capacité à collaborer et à réussir en équipe.
Compétences Communicationnelles: Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais.
Diplôme Universitaire: Diplôme pertinent ou expérience équivalente.

Lead Optimization: Oversee all ASO and ASA efforts across our app portfolio.
Leverage Top Industry Tools: Take full advantage of leading industry tools like Sensor Tower and MobileAction for data-driven decision-making.
Manage relationships: Maintain close relations with our dedicated representatives at the Apple Search Ads London office. This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience with top-tier tools and work directly with influential industry contacts.
Track and Report: Prepare regular ASO and ASA reports, presenting insights and recommendations to the marketing team and senior management.
Manage Keyword Strategy: Perform keyword research to identify high-potential keywords. Regularly update keyword lists and optimize app descriptions to improve our app’s discoverability on the App Store.
Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with our Marketing Artists to brief and prepare new storefront visuals.
Iterate and Test: Regularly test and update storefront visuals to improve the conversion rate of our incoming traffic.
Stay Updated: Stay on top of the latest trends in ASO and ASA, and implement best practices.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING?

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Proven experience or equivalent knowledge in ASO and ASA.
Ability to thrive as part of a team, prioritizing the team’s success.
Excellent communication skills in English.
University degree or equivalent experience.
