Ce que vous ferez
En tant que Senior IT Consultant, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation digitale des grandes entreprises. Vos responsabilités incluront :
- L’optimisation de la transformation digitale tout en maintenant une vision globale des solutions techniques et des spécificités de chaque client.
- La gestion de projets innovants utilisant des méthodes agiles et des approches modernes pour garantir la mise en œuvre stratégique des solutions informatiques.
- La création de parcours clients personnalisés, reposant sur une analyse précise des besoins spécifiques et des tendances actuelles du marché.
- La conception et l’optimisation d’architectures informatiques, dans un cadre de solutions d’entreprise, développements de logiciels personnalisés et solutions digitales durables.

Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous devez répondre aux critères suivants :
- Formation académique : un diplôme en informatique, en informatique de gestion ou dans un domaine connexe, avec des résultats au-dessus de la moyenne.
- Expérience pertinente : au moins cinq ans d’expérience en conseil IT, notamment dans des projets de transformation stratégique et opérationnelle.
- Compétences techniques : connaissances des processus end-to-end typiques, particulièrement dans le contexte des systèmes ERP.
- Compétence communicationnelle : aisance à comprendre et communiquer des sujets complexes en turc et en anglais.
- Adaptabilité : confort dans un environnement interdisciplinaire et international, avec une disposition à voyager fréquemment.
