Poste à Pourvoir : IFRS Desk Manager
EY Türkiye recherche un IFRS Desk Manager pour rejoindre son équipe d’Audit et Services Comptables à Istanbul ou Ankara. Les qualifications requises pour ce poste incluent :
- Formation : Bac+4 ou Bac+5 en **Business**, **Finance**, **Economie** ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience : Un minimum de 5 ans en **audit**, **comptabilité technique** ou **services de conseil**.
- Connaissances : Solide expertise en **IFRS** et **GAAP turc** (TFRS/BOBI FRS), avec une compréhension approfondie des règlements de reporting financier.
- Langue : Anglais fluide, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
- Aptitudes : Capacités analytiques, de résolution de problèmes et de pensée critique. Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles pour une communication efficace à tous les niveaux.
- Qualifications Professionnelles : Les certifications professionnelles telles que **SMMM**, **CPA**, ou **SPK** sont un atout.
Responsabilités Principales
Les principales missions du IFRS Desk Manager incluent :
- Fournir un support technique IFRS de haute qualité aux équipes d’engagement et aux clients.
- Examiner la conformité des états financiers avec les normes IFRS et GAAP locaux.
- Interpréter de nouvelles normes IFRS et évaluer leurs implications pour les clients.
- Contribuer à l’élaboration de publications et de formations EY sur l’IFRS.
- Collaborer avec des desks IFRS mondiaux et des spécialistes sectoriels lors de consultations techniques.
- Surveiller les changements en matière de normes comptables et évaluer leur impact sur les clients d’EY.
- Encadrer et développer les talents en supervisant et mentorant les employés de tous niveaux.

- Strong academic background, including Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in audit, technical accounting, or advisory services
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and Turkish local GAAP (TFRS/BOBI FRS).In-depth understanding of financial reporting regulations
- Compliance with and understanding of regulatory requirements
- English language skills – excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Professional accountancy qualification (SMMM, CPA, SPK) will be asset
Your key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical IFRS support and guidance to engagement teams and clients
- Review and assess financial statements for compliance with IFRS and local GAAP
- Interpret new and complex IFRS standards and assess their implications for clients
- Contribute to the development of EY publications, training sessions, and tools related to IFRS
- Collaborate with global IFRS desks and industry specialists on technical consultations
- Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations and assist in assessing their impact on EY clients
- Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring all levels of staff
