Responsabilités du Poste
Ce rôle de UI/UX Designer requiert une collaboration étroite avec l’équipe numérique pour garantir des interfaces utilisateur harmonieuses sur les plateformes e-commerce et internes. Les principales responsabilités incluent :
- Conception et mise en œuvre : Élaborer des concepts d’interface utilisateur et adopter une approche systémique de la conception.
- Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes pour créer des expériences personnalisées qui répondent aux besoins des utilisateurs finaux.
- Analyse : Démontrer une compréhension approfondie des principes de conception visuelle, d’interaction et de l’expérience utilisateur ainsi qu’une attention portée aux détails.
- Conception Accessible : Concevoir des expériences numériques accessibles et engageantes pour le web et mobile, en utilisant des outils comme Adobe, Figma et Principle.
Compétences et Expérience Requises
Les candidats doivent justifier d’au moins 4 ans d’expérience en tant que UI/UX Designer, avec un portfolio démontrant des projets de design UI robustes. Les compétences essentielles incluent :
- Proficience en Outils : Maîtrise des outils de conception tels que Sketch et Figma.
- Collaboration : Compétences excellentes en communication pour travailler avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.
- Gestion du Temps : Capacités d’organisation et de gestion du temps solides.

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to collaborate closely with our digital team in delivering seamless user interfaces for our e-commerce and internal platforms. This role involves overseeing the design process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals while enhancing the overall user experience.WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Designing UI concepts and implementing a design system approach.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the end users.
- Excellent analytical abilities and knowledge of visual, UI and interaction design principles with attention to detail and consistency.
- Experience and understanding of Product Design and the agile process
- Ability to capture requirements and collaborate with business partners and build upon their vision.
- Ability to design usable, accessible, and engaging digital end-to-end user experiences & testable prototypes for the web and mobile in tools such as Adobe, Figma and Principle based on a thorough understanding of user-centered design principles.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong UI design projects
- Experience in UX Design is a plus
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and related software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
