Description du Poste

Pour renforcer ses équipes, United Tech recherche un **Analyste Financier ERP** (Microsoft Dynamics). Ce poste représente une excellente opportunité de travailler dans divers domaines financiers tout en utilisant Microsoft Dynamics, au sein d’une entreprise reconnue du secteur IT. Responsabilités Principales

En tant qu’analyste financier ERP, vos missions comprennent :

• Implémentation et optimisation du système ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Analyse et modélisation des processus métier, adaptation de la fonctionnalité du système aux besoins de l’entreprise.
• Configuration de l’ERP pour répondre aux exigences commerciales tout en garantissant l’exactitude des données.
• Traitement des écritures comptables dans le système ERP.
• Assistance dans l’élaboration de rapports et la clôture des états financiers mensuels.
• Développement et maintenance de documentation, rédaction de manuels utilisateurs et formation des utilisateurs clés.
• Tests du système ERP, identification et correction des erreurs, acceptation des modifications et respect des délais.
• Soutien et maintenance du système, analyse des problèmes et recherche de solutions appropriées.
• Description des activités commerciales et création de diagrammes de processus.
• Collaboration avec les développeurs et les spécialistes techniques pour résoudre des enjeux complexes.
• Participation à diverses tâches et missions ad hoc.

Profil Recherché

Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :

• Diplôme en Économie, Comptabilité, Finance, Gestion ou dans un domaine connexe.
• 2 à 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente au sein d’entreprises IT, Big4 ou cabinets de conseil internationaux.
• Maîtrise d’Excel, PowerPoint et des outils analytiques (PowerBI, etc.).
• Expérience pratique en comptabilité avec Microsoft Dynamics.
• Connaissance des Normes Internationales d’Information Financière (IFRS) et des processus financiers.
• Anglais : niveau intermédiaire supérieur.
• Compétences en communication écrite et orale, favorisant la collaboration.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prioriser plusieurs tâches.
• Esprit d’équipe, orientation résultats et souci du détail.
• Pensée critique et compétences en résolution de problèmes.

Compétences Additionnelles Souhaitables :

• Expérience dans la mise en œuvre de systèmes ERP.
• Expérience en audit.
• Travail avec des fournisseurs externes et intégration des systèmes RH ou CRM.
• Connaissance de SQL ou de l’analyse de données liées aux systèmes ERP.

• Participate in the implementation and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system
• Analyze and model business processes, adapting the system functionality to the company’s needs
• Configure the ERP system to meet business requirements, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Process journal entries in the ERP system
• Assist in building reports and closing monthly financial statements
• Develop and maintain documentation, write user manuals, and conduct training for key users
• Conduct ERP system testing, identify and resolve errors, accept changes in the system, and ensure deadlines and quality of implementation
• Provide support and maintenance for the system, analyze problems, and find solutions.
• Describe business activities and create business process diagrams
• Collaborate with developers and technical specialists to resolve complex technical issues
• Participating in various tasks and ad hoc assignments as required

It’s all about you

• BS/MS in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in IT companies, Big4, or multinational consulting, audit, or FMCG firms
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools (PowerBI, etc.)
• Practical experience in accounting within Microsoft Dynamics
• Working understanding of IFRS and financial processes
• English – Upper-Intermediate
• Strong communication and writing skills for effective collaboration with teams and external partners
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and perform under deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Open-minded team player, eager to contribute to continuous process improvements
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities

Would be a plus

• Experience in ERP system implementation

• Experience in audit would be a valuable asset

• Experience working with external vendors and integrating HRM or CRM systems

• Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools relevant to ERP systems
