Description Générale
Le rôle de Senior Martech Engineer nécessite un professionnel chevronné, doté d’une expertise en ingénierie des données et en intégration, particulièrement dans des environnements sécurisés. La personne sélectionnée jouera un rôle clé en tant qu’Architecte de Solutions pour l’écosystème MarTech, en gérant des projets d’intégration complexes.
Responsabilités Principales
- Architecture : Concevoir et mettre en œuvre l’architecture entière du système MarTech, incluant des outils de segmentation, d’activation et d’analyse des données clients.
- Intégration : Intégrer les flux de données entre Snowflake, les plateformes de données clients (CDP) et des outils d’activation comme Hightouch.
- Collaboration : Travailler avec des équipes diverses (Data, Ingénierie, Sécurité) pour aligner les solutions d’intégration avec les exigences des clients.
- Optimisation : Déployer et optimiser des architectures en médaillon pour supporter le traitement modulaire des données.
- Support : Résoudre des problèmes d’intégration complexes tout en offrant un support de haute qualité aux clients.
Qualifications Requises
- Expertise : Solide compréhension de l’écosystème MarTech, y compris les flux de données clients, la segmentation, l’activation et la mesure.
- Expérience Technique : Expérience avec Snowflake et construction de pipelines de données pour des cas d’utilisation marketing.
- Outils : Familiarité avec Hightouch, Matillion ou des outils similaires de Reverse ETL.
- Données Sécurisées : Expérience avec la gestion des configurations réseau sécurisées dans les environnements d’entreprise.
- Compétences : Excellentes aptitudes à résoudre des problèmes et à communiquer, avec une expérience dans les relations client.
Exigences Linguistiques et Expérience
La maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, est essentielle pour garantir des échanges clairs au sein de l’équipe. Un minimum de 7 ans d’expérience dans des rôles d’ingénierie des données ou d’intégration est également requis.

- Act as the Solution Architect for the entire MarTech ecosystem, including tools for customer segmentation, activation, and analytics.
- Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines between Snowflake, the CDP, and activation tools like Hightouch.
Design and implement scalable data pipelines and transformations using Snowflake and modern data engineering practices. * Integrate data flows across multiple systems, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Data, Engineering, Security) to align integration solutions with client and product requirements.
- Deploy and optimize medallion architecture patterns to support scalable and modular data processing.
- Operate within secure network environments, following best practices for data privacy, compliance, and infrastructure access control.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide timely, high-quality support to clients.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, including customer data flow, segmentation, activation, and measurement.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and building data pipelines that support marketing use cases.
- Familiarity with Hightouch or Matillion or similar Reverse ETL tools.
- Deep understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data ingestion best practices.
- Proven experience with medallion architecture deployment in production environments.
- Familiarity with secure network configurations and data handling in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
- Experience working with modern data tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Fivetran).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) is a plus.
