Dans le cadre de l’évolution de ses produits numériques, Cheffelo recherche un UX Designer passionné pour rejoindre son équipe technique dynamique basée à Oslo. Le candidat retenu jouera un rôle essentiel dans l’élaboration de l’expérience utilisateur, allant bien au-delà de l’esthétisme pour se concentrer sur la création d’interactions humaines, simples et sans couture.
Responsabilités Clés
Le candidat idéal sera amené à :
- Conduire les processus UX de bout en bout : De la recherche initiale à la conception, en passant par les tests et le transfert final.
- Traduire les insights : Créer des flux utilisateurs, des maquettes, des prototypes et des solutions de design haute-fidélité.
- Collaborer : Travailler en synergie avec les équipes produit et développement pour livrer des expériences intuitives et inclusives.
- Contribuer aux processus internes : Aider à définir les outils et méthodes de collaboration en design.
- Analyser les comportements : Évaluer les retours utilisateurs et les données pour améliorer continuellement les produits.
- Innover : Apporter de nouvelles idées et se tenir au courant des meilleures pratiques et outils UX.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal devra répondre aux critères suivants :
- Expérience : 3 à 5+ années d’expérience en tant que designer de produits numériques.
- Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de Figma et autres outils standards, depuis le croquis initial jusqu’à la réalisation pixel-perfect.
- Recherche utilisateur : Compétences dans la conduite de recherches et la conception centrée sur l’utilisateur.
- Communication : Aisance à collaborer, donner et recevoir des retours, expliquer des choix de design.
- Portfolio : Présenter des projets démontrant des capacités en UX et une approche de résolution de problèmes.
- Langues : Anglais courant ; la maîtrise d’une langue scandinave est un plus.

What you´ll do
- Lead end-to-end UX processes – from discovery and user research to design, testing and final hand-off
- Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity design solutions
- Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and inclusive experiences
- Help shape internal design processes, tools and collaboration methods
- Analyse user behaviour, feedback and data to continuously improve our products
- Bring new ideas to the table, and stay up to date on UX best practices and tools
Who you are
- You bring 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a digital product designer
- You´re confident in Figma and other standard tools, from early sketch to pixel perfection
- You´re experienced in conducting research, gathering insights, and designing with users in mind
- You enjoy collaborating, giving and receiving feedback, and explaining design decisions clearly
- You have a portfolio that demonstrates your UX thinking, craft, and problem-solving approach
- Experience with e-commerce, subscription services or internal tooling is a plus
- You´re fluent in English – a Scandinavian language is a bonus
