Description du Poste

Recherchant un DevOps Engineer proactif et expérimenté pour intégrer son équipe technologique, l’entreprise aspire à un candidat passionné par l’automatisation, l’efficacité et la collaboration. La mission principale de ce poste est de garantir la livraison rapide, sécurisée et fiable de logiciels, tout en servant de lien entre les équipes de développement et d’opération.

Responsabilités Clés

1. Conception et Gestion des Pipelines CI/CD

   • Automatisation du Cycle de Vie du Logiciel : Mise en place et maintien de pipelines automatisés pour construire, tester et déployer des applications à travers tous les environnements (développement, test, production).
   • Outils CI/CD : Utilisation d’outils tels que Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI ou GitHub Actions pour orchestrer les flux de travail.
   • Qualité du Code : Intégration des outils d’analyse de code statique (ex. : SonarQube), tests unitaires et tests d’intégration pour garantir la qualité à chaque étape du pipeline.

2. Gestion de l’Infrastructure en tant que Code (IaC)

   • Administration Cloud : Gestion et optimisation de l’infrastructure sur des plateformes cloud comme AWS ou GCP.
   • Containerisation et Orchestration : Utilisation de Docker pour containeriser des applications et de Kubernetes pour orchestrer efficacement des clusters de conteneurs.
   • Automatisation de l’Infrastructure : Emploi d’outils IaC comme Terraform ou Ansible pour provisionner et gérer l’infrastructure de manière déclarative et sous contrôle de version, éliminant ainsi les configurations manuelles.

3. Surveillance, Journalisation et Sécurité

   • Observabilité du Système : Mise en œuvre de solutions de surveillance et d’alerte (ex. : Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) pour superviser la performance des applications et la santé de l’infrastructure en temps réel.
   • Gestion Centralisée des Logs : Configuration de systèmes de journalisation (ex. : ELK Stack, Splunk) pour agréger et analyser les logs, facilitant ainsi le dépannage et l’audit.
   • Sécurité Intégrée (DevSecOps) : Intégration de pratiques de sécurité tout au long du cycle de développement, y compris le scanning des vulnérabilités et la gestion des secrets (ex. : Vault).

4. Automatisation et Optimisation des Processus

   • Réduction des Tâches Manuelles : Identification des goulets d’étranglement et des tâches répétitives dans les flux de travail de développement et d’opération, et automatisations via des langages de script (ex. : Bash, Python).
   • Amélioration Continue : Collaboration étroite avec les développeurs pour comprendre leurs besoins et optimiser leurs flux de travail, favorisant une culture DevOps au sein de l’organisation.
   • Gestion de Configuration : Assurance de la cohérence des environnements via des outils de gestion de configuration.

L’objectif ultime de ce rôle est d’optimiser le flux de travail développement-opération pour maintenir une infrastructure stable, scalable et sécurisée.

Key Responsibilities
1. CI/CD Pipeline Design and Management (Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery)
Software Lifecycle Automation: Set up and maintain automated pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications across all environments (development, testing, production).
CI/CD Tooling: Utilize tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions to orchestrate workflows.
Code Quality: Integrate static code analysis tools (e.g., SonarQube), unit tests, and integration tests to ensure quality at every stage of the pipeline.
2. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Management
Cloud Administration: Manage and optimize our infrastructure on cloud platforms like AWS (Amazon Web Services) or GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
Containerization and Orchestration: Use Docker to containerize applications and Kubernetes to efficiently orchestrate, scale, and manage container clusters.
Infrastructure Automation: Employ IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible to provision and manage infrastructure declaratively and under version control, eliminating manual configuration.
3. Monitoring, Logging, and Security
System Observability: Implement and manage monitoring and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) to supervise application performance and infrastructure health in real-time.
Centralized Log Management: Configure logging systems (e.g., ELK Stack, Splunk) to aggregate and analyze logs, facilitating troubleshooting and auditing.
Integrated Security (DevSecOps): Embed security practices throughout the entire development lifecycle, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management (e.g., Vault), and configuring security policies within the infrastructure.
4. Process Automation and Optimization
Reduce Manual Tasks: Identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks in development and operations workflows and automate them using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate closely with developers to understand their needs and optimize their workflows, fostering a strong DevOps culture across the organization.
Configuration Management: Ensure environment consistency using configuration management tools.
