If you live and breathe TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts—and know how to make someone stop scrolling—this one’s for you.What You’ll Do:→ Own the Edit: Take raw footage and turn it into scroll-stopping short-form content that feels native to TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
→ Make It Pop: Add the right pacing, music, captions, and hooks to keep people watching (and buying).
→ Repurpose Like a Pro: Turn long-form content like podcasts or YouTube videos into snackable clips that convert.
→ Stay On Trend: Use memes, trending sounds, and pop culture to make content that hits right now.
→ Optimize for Performance: Edit with conversions in mind—this brand cares about views and sales.
→ Collaborate & Iterate: Work closely with the creative and growth team to test, tweak, and scale content.What We’re Looking For:→ Shortform Mastery: You’ve got experience editing shortform for eCom brands or creators who sell.
→ Platform Know-How: You get TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts—what works, what doesn’t, and why.
→ Editing Tools On Lock: Pro in Adobe Premiere or Final Cut. Bonus if you’ve played with CapCut or mobile-native tools.
→ Hook Mentality: You know how to front-load a video to stop the scroll, and you’re obsessed with retention rates.
→ Fast Turnaround: You’re fast without cutting corners. You get things done and done right.
