Manpower recherche un Java Technical Lead pour un projet dans le secteur bancaire et financier. Ce rôle de leader technique est crucial pour guider une équipe de développement Java back-end et collaborer avec diverses équipes, incluant le front-end, mobile, DevOps, et Business Analysis. Le candidat idéal doit être capable de remettre en question les pratiques actuelles et d’apporter des idées innovantes.
Responsabilités principales
- Transcrire les User Stories d’applications en applications fonctionnelles.
- Concevoir, développer et maintenir un code Java efficace, réutilisable et sécurisé.
- Concevoir et créer des API en suivant les principes des microservices.
- Optimiser les performances des applications en garantissant qualité et réactivité.
- Identifier les points d’engorgement et les bogues, et proposer des solutions.
- Aider l’équipe à maintenir la qualité du code et l’automatisation des processus.
Qualifications techniques
Le candidat doit posséder des compétences techniques solides, notamment :
Compétences principales
- Langages : Java, SQL
- Frameworks : SpringMVC, SpringBoot, Hibernate, JUnit, Mockito
- Spécifications API : Spectral, Swagger
- Sécurité API Java : Authentification, Autorisation, normes de sécurité courantes
- Bases de données : SQL Server, MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL
- Outils : Gradle, Maven, GIT, JIRA/Confluence
- Connaissances de base en AWS Cloud et déploiement.
Compétences secondaires
- Connaissance de fournisseurs de cloud alternatifs (AWS, GCP…)
- Utilisation de Kubernetes sur un fournisseur de cloud
- Outils CI/CD (Harness, Jenkins)
Formation et expérience
- Diplôme en informatique, en ingénierie ou domaine connexe (BS/MS).
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en développement back-end Java.
- Maîtrise des écosystèmes Java et des frameworks populaires.
- Capacité à travailler avec des concepts comme MVC, JDBC, RESTful et microservices.
- Compréhension des aspects de sécurité des API back-end.
- Bonne maîtrise des bases de données et des technologies ORM.

- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais.
- Capacité à travailler au sein d’équipes agiles avec des méthodes Scrum et Kanban.

About the Role/position
In this role, you will be a senior Java Technical Lead of a team. You will help Java back-end team and work in project team with other sub-teams (front-end, mobile, DevOps, BA) and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements.

- Translate application User Stories into functional applications
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable, testable and secure Java code
- Design and build API following microservices principles
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and find solutions to fix issues
- Help team to maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Must have Technical Requirements / Qualifications
Primary Skills:
✓ Language: Java, SQL
✓ Frameworks: SpringMVC, SpringBoot, Hibernate, Junit, Mockito
✓ API specification: Spectral, Swagger
✓ Java API Security: Authentication, Authorization, common security standards
✓ Database: SQL server, MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL
✓ Tools: Gradle, Maven, GIT, JIRA/Confluence
✓ At least basic knowledge of AWS Cloud and deploymentSecondary Skills:
✓ Basic of advanced knowledge of an alternate cloud provider (AWS, GCP…)
✓ Kubernetes on one cloud provider
✓ CI/CD tools (Harness, Jenkins)
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Good English communication is a must
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience primarily in Java backend development
- Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
- Proficient in writing efficiently, reusable, reliable, testable and secure Java code
- Excellent in popular Java frameworks: Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate
- Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful, micro service
- Familiarity with security aspects of backend API: authentication, authorization, OAuth, OpenID, JWT, SAML, SSO
- Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
- Familiarity with common integration patterns: REST, Messaging, Streaming, SOAP
- Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Familiarity with build tools such as Gradle, Maven, Ant
- Familiarity with continuous integration and basic cloud services on one cloud provider is a plus
- Familiarity with other languages for backend is a plus: NodeJS, dotNET, Kotlin
- Knowledge of the business domains is a plus: Insurance (Life/Non-life), Banking
- Experience working in an agile team, practicing Scrum, Kanban
- Good communication skills, interpersonal and teamworking skills
