Résponsabilités du poste
En tant que Senior Consulting Manager dans le domaine de la Consultation et de l’Analyse chez Visa, vous serez amené à :
- Diriger les ventes et participer à la livraison de projets de conseil en Slovaquie.
- Établir des relations d’affaires significatives entre Visa et ses principaux clients.
- Intervenir en tant que consultant stratégique pour accompagner les clients dans leur croissance, en particulier dans les secteurs des paiements et du digital.
Fonctions au quotidien
Les activités quotidiennes incluent :
- La vente de projets de conseil à des clients de Visa.
- La responsabilité complète de l’atteinte des objectifs de revenus et de marges en Slovaquie.
- La gestion de projets à travers votre propre équipe ou des ressources internes et externes adéquates.
- Le contrôle des coûts de projet pour respecter les budgets et les délais tout en maintenant des standards élevés.
- La compréhension des objectifs commerciaux des clients pour identifier des opportunités et des axes d’amélioration.
- Le développement et la proposition de concepts adaptés et de solutions commerciales digitales.
- Le travail collaboratif avec les équipes de vente et de produits numériques de Visa, ainsi que l’équipe d’innovation.
Ce poste est hybride, et les jours de présence au bureau seront confirmés par le responsable du recrutement.
Qualifications requises
Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Expérience avérée en conseil en management.
- Connaissance approfondie du secteur bancaire et des paiements en Slovaquie.
- Compétences solides en gestion de relations clients, y compris au niveau exécutif.
- Capacité à structurer des propositions de projet basées sur les besoins des clients.
- Expérience dans la conceptualisation de nouveaux produits dans des environnements technologiques et digitaux.
- Maîtrise du tchèque ou slovaque et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Compétences avancées en présentation et en communication.
- Esprit analytique développé et pensée entrepreneuriale.
- Maîtrise approfondie des outils tels que PowerPoint, Word et Excel.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique.
- Disponibilité à voyager et à travailler directement avec les clients si nécessaire.
- Une expérience au sein de firmes de conseil de renommée mondiale est un atout.
- Connaissance des méthodes agiles (par exemple, Design Thinking, Lean-Start-up, Scrum) est souhaitée.

- Lead sales and participate in Visa Consulting & Analytics projects delivery in Slovakia
- Drive meaningful business relationships between Visa and its key clients
- Be an experienced strategy consultant able to help our clients grow their business, especially in the payments and digital domains
Day to day:
- Sell consulting projects to Visa clients
- Full responsibility for delivering revenue and margin targets in Slovakia
- Lead and deliver projects through either self, other internal or external staff as appropriate
- Manage project costs to agreed budgets and timeframes and ensure high standard of delivery
- Understand our clients’ business objectives, identify opportunities and improvements to grow the business and digital banking of our clients
- Develop and propose appropriate concepts and digital business solutions to clients
- Leverage Visa’s innovation, product and data capabilities to further grow our clients’ business by working together with the sales and digital product teams as well as the with the Visa Innovation team
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.QualificationsExperience in management consulting is a must
Extensive knowledge of Slovak banking and payments sector
Excellent client relationship management skills (including senior executive level) in the financial services industry
Experience in structuring project proposal based on client’s needs and problem statement, defining clear project approach and deliverables. Ability to deliver high-quality projects leading small team of consultants, data analysts and external suppliers (e.g. market research), leveraging and further developing own subject matter expertise in banking and payments industry.
Experience in conceptualizing new products and business models in a digital and technology-driven environments
Excellent spoken and written command of both Czech or Slovak and English language
Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to comprehend and convey complex business information
Advanced analytical skills
Business thinking and creativity
High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
A proven ability to thrive in high pressure situations and a fast paced and matrixed environment
Willingness to travel and work onsite with clients if needed
Experience in worldwide management consulting firms (Big4) is an advantage
