L’Équipe des Opérations

Au cœur de Trendyol, l’équipe des opérations assure la gestion des activités opérationnelles et des processus de développement au sein d’un marché compétitif. Composée de six disciplines principales, dont la planification, l’analyse, l’excellence opérationnelle et la conception d’entrepôts, cette équipe collabore pour générer un impact positif dans l’écosystème commercial via l’innovation technologique.

Responsabilités Principales

• Concevoir des solutions adaptées aux différents besoins opérationnels.
• Élaborer des layouts conceptuels et des flux intralogistiques pour les futurs centres de distribution.
• Gérer des projets d’amélioration des installations et/ou des processus, de la phase de conception à la remise opérationnelle.
• Produire des documents de projet, y compris des descriptions de processus et des documents techniques détaillés.
• Analyser les besoins opérationnels et proposer des solutions innovantes.
• Assurer la communication entre les parties internes et externes pour garantir la coordination.
• Suivre les évolutions récentes en automatisation intralogistique et en technologie.
• Apporter des perspectives nouvelles par le biais d’analyses et de rapports numériques.

Qualités Recherchées

• Diplôme universitaire (BSc ou MSc) en ingénierie industrielle ou domaine connexe.
• Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente.
• Compétences solides en gestion de projets.
• Capacité analytique élevée, souci du détail et envie d’apprendre.
• Maîtrise écrite et orale de l’anglais.
• Compétences avancées en MS Office.
• Connaissances en MS SQL, Python et Auto-CAD appréciées.

The Operations Team manages end-to-end operational activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. Within the Operations Team, there are six main focused disciplines: Planning, Analytics, Cost & Charge, Fulfillment Operations, Operational Excellence, Seller and Delivery Operations, Warehouse Design, and Business Intelligence.We are all working towards the same purpose: to create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing accurate solutions to answer various operational needs,
• Designing conceptual layouts, intralogistics flows and material handling equipment of future fulfilment centers, sorting centers and consolidation centers
• Managing new facility and/or process improvement projects from design phase to handover to operations,
• Providing project documents such as process description, layout drawings, detailed technical documentations, structured project plan and schedule.
• Understanding and investigating operational requirements, analyzing data and drawing innovative solutions.
• Communicating with vendors, extornal parties and internal parties. Making sure internal and external parties are coordinated and up to date.
• Following the latest developments and technology in intralogistics automation, robotics and racking industry
• Bringing new insights into way of doing business, by brainstorming activities based on numerical analysis and reports.

QUALITIES WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• University degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial Engineering or related engineering background,
• Min 4 year relevant work experience,
• Strong project management skills,
• Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eager to learn,
• Excellent written and spoken fluency in English
• Excellent command of MS Office applications,
• Good knowledge of MS SQL, Python and Auto-Cad, is a plus,
