Description du poste
En tant que Workday Integrations Engineer, vous jouerez un rôle central au sein de l’équipe People Tech. Cette fonction consiste à concevoir, maintenir et faire évoluer l’infrastructure numérique qui connecte les systèmes des ressources humaines de Wolt, garantissant ainsi efficacité et précision dans les opérations mondiales de l’entreprise. Ce poste peut être exercé à distance depuis plusieurs pays d’Europe, y compris la Hongrie, la Finlande, la Pologne et la Suède.
Tâches et responsabilités
Les principales responsabilités du poste incluent :
- Conception et développement d’intégrations entre Workday et d’autres systèmes internes et externes en utilisant des outils variés tels que Workday Studio, EIB et Core Connectors.
- Développement d’applications Workday Extend en collaboration étroite avec les équipes RH et les parties prenantes commerciales.
- Gestion du cycle de vie des intégrations, de la conception à la mise en œuvre, en passant par les tests et la documentation.
- Assurance de la sécurité et de la conformité des systèmes, conformément aux cadres d’audit tels que SOC et SOX.
- Identification d’opportunités d’innovation visant à améliorer et automatiser les flux de travail RH.
- Collaboration interfonctionnelle pour comprendre les besoins commerciaux et les traduire en solutions techniques.
- Leadership lors des mises à jour et des lancements de nouvelles fonctionnalités du système Workday.
Profil recherché
Le candidat idéal devrait répondre aux critères suivants :
- Expérience de plus de 6 ans dans les intégrations Workday, dont au moins 1 an avec Workday Extend.
- Compétences techniques en Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, ainsi que des connaissances en XSLT et en construction de rapports complexes.
- Capacités analytiques et de communication, avec une discrétion et une fiabilité élevées.
- État d’esprit proactif et capacité à gérer des projets d’intégration de manière autonome.
- Certification d’intégration Workday est un atout supplémentaire.
