Duties & Responsibilities:
- Booking trucks in and out creating rail lists for train arrivals / departures
- Communicating with Reach Stacker drivers on the terminal to ensure a seamless process
- Via radio, organise and direct traffic around the terminal
- General Administrative & Customer Service duties
- Assisting the team at busy times
We are looking for candidates to apply who have the following:
- Experience of container terminal operations and planning
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience
- Valid driving licence
