Titre du poste : Climate Infrastructure Development Manager (Bioethanol Clean Cooking Infrastructure)
Ecolinks cherche un ***Climat Infrastructure Development Manager*** pour diriger le développement d’un projet de cuisine propre à base de bioéthanol ainsi que d’autres initiatives climatiques en Afrique. Le candidat retenu aura un rôle clé dans la planification et l’exécution des projets, y compris la gestion des coûts, l’établissement des délais et l’évaluation des ressources nécessaires.
Tâches et responsabilités
DUTIES ET RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES :
- Développement de projet : Mener le développement du projet de cuisine propre en bioéthanol ainsi que d’autres initiatives climatiques en Afrique.
- Planification logistique : Superviser la planification logistique pour le transport des matières premières et la distribution de bioéthanol.
- Supervision technique : Gérer les consultants et entrepreneurs en charge des processus d’ingénierie liés à l’établissement de l’usine de bioéthanol.
- Gestion des parties prenantes : Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour garantir l’alignement avec les objectifs du projet.
- Rapport : Fournir des rapports réguliers à la direction sur l’avancement du projet, les défis et les opportunités.
- Conformité : Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations et standards en vigueur.
- Focus sur la durabilité : Intégrer les principes de durabilité dans tous les aspects du projet.
Exigences
Les candidats doivent posséder :
- Un diplôme en ingénierie, en sciences environnementales, en MBA ou dans un domaine connexe.
- De solides compétences en gestion de projet avec un historique de planification et d’exécution réussies.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the project scope, managing costs, establishing timelines, and evaluating resources. Emphasis will be placed on meticulous planning and execution, including logistics for feedstock transportation and bioethanol distribution.TasksPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Project Development: Lead the development of the bioethanol clean cooking project and other climate initiatives in Africa, taking charge of developing the overall project scope, budget, timeline, and required resources.Logistics Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of logistics for feedstock transportation and bioethanol distribution, ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain.Engineering Oversight: Manage consultant/contractor in charge of engineering processes associated with the establishment of the bioethanol factory, maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, sustainability, and respect of industry standards.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with project goals.Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management, updating on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing bioethanol production, cookstove manufacturing, and distribution processes.Sustainability Focus: Integrate sustainability principles into all aspects of the project, aligning with the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility.Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, MBA, or related field
