Responsabilités Clés
Dans ce rôle, le candidat sera chargé de :
- Innovation Clinique : Collaborer avec des hôpitaux académiques et des leaders d’opinion (KOLs) pour identifier et traduire des besoins cliniques non satisfaits en stratégies de produits.
- Développement de Roadmaps : Participer à l’élaboration de roadmaps cliniques détaillées en fonction des tendances cliniques, des possibilités techniques et du développement du marché.
- Communication : Transmettre les besoins cliniques du marché local aux équipes internes, contribuant ainsi au développement des produits et à l’élaboration de stratégies marketing.
- Recherche Clinique : Évaluer les technologies médicales émergentes et contribuer à la validation et à l’adoption des produits lors de présentations aux clients ou d’événements académiques.
Qualifications Requises
Les candidats doivent posséder :
- Un Master ou un doctorat en médecine, en ingénierie biomédicale, en radiologie, ou dans un domaine connexe, avec une expertise approfondie en imagerie MR.
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience clinique ou de recherche, de préférence en lien avec des collaborations académiques ou des recherches postdoctorales en MR.
- Une solide compréhension des tendances cliniques et des applications technologies MR.
- Des compétences en communication pour interagir efficacement avec divers partenaires et équipes internes.

Location: Seoul OfficeIn this role, you have the opportunity toDrive clinical innovation in MR by collaborating with academic hospitals and KOLs, identifying unmet clinical needs, and translating them into product strategies. You will support clinical research, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to the development of clinical roadmaps that shape Philips’ future MR portfolio.Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Participates in the development of comprehensive clinical roadmaps for specific application areas, leveraging in-depth knowledge of clinical trends, technical possibilities, market segmentation, and healthcare developments.
- Participates in marketing and development strategy meetings, contributing expert insights on product policies and clinical trends to guide strategic decisions, working under limited supervision.
- Facilitates the sharing of successful or innovative projects, transforming them into clinical and business proof points that demonstrate Philips’ leadership in medical technology.
- Communicate unmet clinical needs of the local market to internal teams, providing valuable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Presents clinical research findings and innovative project outcomes during customer presentations, site visits, and marketing or academic events to support product validation and market adoption.
- Evaluates emerging medical technologies and clinical applications, assessing their potential impact and viability to guide Philips’ innovation pipeline.
- Collaborates with R&D, marketing, sales, and service teams to integrate clinical research findings into product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
- Monitors advancements in clinical science and healthcare trends, sharing insights with internal teams to inform strategic decisions and maintain Philips’ competitive edge.
- Consults on the design and execution of clinical trials, providing expert advice to ensure robust and reliable data collection that supports product development and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & RequirementsMaster’s or Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Medical, Radiology, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, with strong expertise in MR imaging3+ years of clinical or research experience; MR postdoctoral research or academic hospital collaboration preferredSolid understanding of clinical trends, unmet needs, and MR technology applicationsExperience designing or supporting clinical studies and translating insights into product strategiesStrong communication skills to engage with KOLs, academic partners, and internal cross-functional teamsProven ability to contribute to clinical roadmaps, publish scientific findings, and present in academic or customer settingsHow we work together
