Votre Rôle : Ce poste à temps plein et permanent au sein de l’organisation People and Culture d’Orion se concentre sur les thèmes de la compensation, des bénéfices et de la gestion du temps en Finlande. Le spécialiste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe des opérations RH et sera le lien essentiel entre les équipes globales et locales.
Responsabilités Clés :
- Superviser et gérer les questions liées à la compensation et aux bénéfices, notamment l’évaluation des emplois selon les accords de négociation collective.
- Jouer un rôle déterminant dans le développement et la mise en œuvre d’un nouveau système de gestion du temps.
- Assister dans les opérations RH en fonction de l’expérience du candidat.

Compétences et Qualifications Requises
Profil du Candidat : Le candidat idéal devra posséder les compétences et qualifications suivantes :
- Expérience avérée en tant que généraliste des RH avec une bonne compréhension des systèmes d’évaluation des emplois, des lois du travail finlandaises et des accords de négociation collective.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et capacité à travailler en collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.
- Connaissances liées aux concepts de gestion du temps, notamment dans un environnement de production.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du finnois.

📝 Description du poste : Job Description:About your roleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our People and Culture organization in Espoo, Finland. This role is focusing on local compensation & benefit and time management topics in Finland.This permanent, full-time position is located in Espoo, Finland. Position is part of the Orion group’s Compensation & Benefits-team and reporting to Head of Compensation & Benefits. Position holder closely co-operates with HR Operations team in Finland. Position creates an important link between global and local teams.Your key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage compensation and benefits topics in Finland especially focusing on job evaluation based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement and local benefits.
- Position holder has also a key role in development project and implementation of new time management system in collaboration with the HR team in Finland.
- Depending on the background of the person, also tasks related to HR operations in Finland, are available.

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a good understanding of job evaluation systems based of collective bargaining agreements and in general familiarity with Finnish labor laws and collective bargaining agreements. Good understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience and knowledge related to time management concepts e.g. in production environment and IT systems supporting time management.
- Proficiency in English and Finnish.
