Ce poste vise à résoudre les grands défis en matière de sécurité aérienne et de conformité. Les principales responsabilités incluent :

• Identification des risques : Faciliter l’identification des dangers et la gestion des risques.
• Analyse des Rapports : Assister le manager dans la validation des rapports d’occurrences.
• Base de Données : Maintenir la base de données des rapports d’occurrences.
• Suivi des Actions : Surveiller la mise en œuvre des actions pour atténuer les risques.
• Documentation : Aider à la gestion des documents de sécurité.
• Enquêtes : Assister dans l’initiation et le suivi des enquêtes internes.
• Supervision : Contribuer à la supervision de la sécurité au sein de l’entreprise.

Conformité et Audits

Dans le cadre de la conformité, le poste inclut également :

• Préparation et suivi des rapports d’audit.
• Développement des procédures de suivi de conformité.

Profil Recherché

Nous recherchons des ingénieurs possédant une formation en Aéronautique ou en Gestion, ainsi que des candidats avec les qualifications suivantes :

• Langue : Anglais niveau B2 requis.
• Compétences : Proactivité, flexibilité, et aptitude à la communication et au travail en équipe.

• Facilitate hazard identification, risk analysis and management.

• Assist the manager in validation of occurrence reports and analysis.

• Maintain occurrence reporting database.

• Monitor the implementation of actions to mitigate the risks as listed in the action plan.

• Assist the manager with maintenance of safety management documentation.

• Assist the manager in initiation and follow-up of internal occurrence/accident

investigations.

• Assist the manager with the overall supervision and implementation of safety in the

Company.

• Assist the manager to apply and control the safety instructions from the various

authorities into the Company’s activities and to include them into the Company’sprocedures.Compliance:

• Assist the manager in preparation of audit reports and follow-up the audit findings

and observations.

• Assist in the development and establishment of CHG Compliance Monitoring
