Titre du poste : Doctoral Researcher, University of Vaasa (Entrepreneur)
Description : L’Université de Vaasa inaugure un parcours doctoral unique axé sur l’entrepreneuriat. Le titulaire du poste sera amené à réaliser sa recherche doctorale en se concentrant sur la commercialisation des résultats dès le début de son travail. Cette initiative est cofinancée par un investisseur qui agira en tant que troisième superviseur, fournissant ainsi une orientation précieuse pour les activités de commercialisation.
Conditions de Candidature
Le poste est proposé pour une durée fixe de 4 ans, avec un début souhaité en octobre 2025 ou selon accord. Les candidats doivent être en mesure de s’inscrire au programme doctoral de l’Université de Vaasa d’ici l’automne 2025. Ceux ayant commencé leurs études doctorales après le 1er janvier 2025 sont également éligibles.

Rôle et Responsabilités
Votre Rôle : Les tâches comprendront une recherche approfondie en lien avec le thème d’étude choisi et la participation aux activités du programme doctoral. L’objectif est de rédiger une thèse doctorale pouvant être soumise à pré-examen dans un délai de trois ans.
Exigences : Les candidats doivent posséder un diplôme universitaire supérieur et être inscrits ou en cours d’inscription au programme doctoral. Un accent particulier sera mis sur la capacité à créer des projets de recherche avec une perspective commerciale, ainsi que sur une flexibilité quant aux thèmes de recherche proposés.

Other tasks are arranged so that it is possible to complete the doctoral dissertation work within three years.The annual working time of Doctoral Researcher is 1612 hours based on the general collective agreement for universities. More detailed task description is agreed in the Annual Work Plan.RequirementsAs a Doctoral Researcher, you have completed a higher university degree and are a doctoral student at the University of Vaasa when the work contract begins, or you are applying for doctoral study right during autumn 2025. The aim is to organize the doctoral research and guidance of the selected Doctoral Researcher in such a way that the doctoral thesis can be submitted for pre-examination within three years of starting the doctoral education.Those selected for the position must be eligible to apply to the doctoral program of the University of Vaasa and receive the right to study in the doctoral program before the start of the employment relationship, but no later than during the fall of 2025.
