Le poste d’Enterprise Business Development Lead au sein de l’équipe de vente Enterprise d’AWS à Taïwan requiert un individu capable de piloter des équipes commerciales dans l’adoption et l’expansion du portefeuille de services AWS. Le candidat idéal sera amené à travailler directement avec des clients, à comprendre leurs défis, et à envisager des solutions innovantes pour répondre à leurs besoins.
Responsabilités Clés
Le titulaire du poste sera chargé de :
- Développer et diriger une équipe : Encadrer des managers de développement commercial performants pour stimuler l’acquisition de clients et le développement de pipelines.
- Engagement avec des décideurs stratégiques : Négocier avec des cadres de haut niveau pour convaincre sur le rôle d’AWS comme partenaire clé dans la transformation digitale.
- Collaboration inter-équipes : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d’architecture des solutions, de marketing, et de partenaires pour créer des propositions de valeur adaptées aux clients.
- Planification stratégique : Concevoir des plans de compte et des campagnes ciblées en accord avec les tendances du marché.
- Résolution des défis clients : Identifier et résoudre des problématiques complexes grâce aux capacités d’AWS.
- Contribution à la stratégie régionale : Participer à la stratégie de leadership des ventes en Taiwan à l’aide d’analyses de données et de retours du terrain.

Qualifications Requises
Exigences Minimales :
- Plus de 12 ans d’expérience dans les ventes liées à la technologie ou le développement commercial.
- Au moins 10 ans d’expérience en gestion des ventes.
- Expérience dans la gestion de grands comptes complexes.
- Compétences relationnelles solides et capacité à communiquer efficacement en anglais.
Qualifications Préférées :
- Expérience dans la négociation de contrats complexes.
- Connaissances techniques en ingénierie, informatique, ou systèmes d’information.

Join us and help us grow.As a Enterprise Business Development Lead within the AWS Enterprise Sales Team in Taiwan, you will have the opportunity to lead sales teams that focus on adoption and expansion of our full-service portfolio with our customers. We work backwards from our customers, focusing on their use cases and defining how our broad set of technological solutions can help them. Planning for market adoption, setting vision and strategy for your team, and pivoting on emerging market trends are all things you will do daily. You will help to identify with your team where our products need to go next to better serve our customers.You will help drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration into account. You will hire and develop high performance teams of sales managers that are focused on customer obsession and working backwards to help customers achieve outcomes. You will also be responsible for building your go-to-market initiatives across functional teams, specialists, and partner teams to help scale our business.Key job responsibilities
- Build, lead, and coach a team of high-performing enterprise BD managers to drive customer acquisition, pipeline development, and long-term growth.
- Engage directly with C-level executives and key decision-makers to position AWS as a strategic partner for digital transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including solutions architecture, marketing, partner, and service teams to develop tailored customer value propositions.
- Design and lead strategic account plans and targeted campaigns that align with market trends and industry needs.
- Identify and resolve complex customer challenges by aligning AWS capabilities with business outcomes.
- Contribute to the broader Taiwan and regional sales leadership strategy through data-driven insights and field feedback.
- Partner with the AWS marketing and partner ecosystem teams to deliver local programs that enhance AWS’s brand and customer engagement.

– 10+ years of sales management experience
– Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalents
– Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
– Strong English interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Experience negotiating complex deals with customers and partners or equivalent
