Description du Poste

Le rôle d’ASE dans le cadre des Customer Success Services (CSS) est de renforcer les relations avec les clients d’Oracle, en les aidant à tirer le meilleur parti des technologies Oracle. Les **ASEs** disposent d’une occasion unique d’évoluer au sein d’un réseau international d’experts, favorisant des améliorations continues des services.

Compétences et Exigences

Profil recherché :

Diplôme de bachelier ou jusqu’à 2 ans d’expérience pertinente.
Aptitude technique et intérêt pour les technologies cloud, notamment Terraform et Python.
Passion pour la technologie à travers des projets personnels tels que le développement de sites web ou d’applications.
Maîtrise de l’anglais, avec d’excellentes compétences en communication.
Ouverture à l’innovation et aux nouveaux défis.
Capacité d’adaptation et assurance dans un environnement en mutation.

Engineers in Customer Success Services (CSS) support Oracle’s largest customers, fostering long-term relationships and operational improvements. Advanced Services Engineers (ASEs) enhance Oracle environments by leveraging support-based knowledge and customer experiences, helping clients maximize value from Oracle solutions.
