Description du Poste
Le rôle d’Analyste d’Assurance Géométrique (GAA) est essentiel pour assurer la qualité et la performance des véhicules produits pendant tout le programme, de la phase initiale à la mise en œuvre en usine. Le candidat retenu rejoindra une équipe technique dédiée à la création de systèmes géométriques adaptés à la fois aux produits et aux processus de fabrication.
Responsabilités :
- Analyser et rapporter les écarts de géométrie pour proposer des solutions correctives.
- Coordonner une équipe de géométrie lors des lancements de programmes.
- Contribuer aux travaux géométriques durant les phases initiales des nouveaux programmes de véhicules.
- S’assurer que la performance géométrique du produit répond aux exigences et que les capacités de production sont adéquates.
Profil Recherché
Qualifications Requises :
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie mécanique ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
Qualifications Souhaitables :
- Expérience en travail de géométrie et bonne connaissance des systèmes géométriques.
- Connaissance théorique et pratique des processus de développement de produits Volvo.
- Expérience en assurance géométrique auprès des fournisseurs, interne ou externe.
- Connaissances spécifiques des outils tels que le Process Designer, Team Center, et CM4D.

The section develops and implements quality assured flexible and effective production systems in the Body in White plants. The section is divided into 3 groups, Underbody, Upperbody & Hang on Parts. The 3 groups are working cross functionally & project oriented, supporting all Volvo plants and projects globally. Within the Manufacturing Engineering group, we are now looking for a new members working as a Geometry Assurance Analyst (GAA) based in Kosice, Slovakia. The GAA position requires traveling from time to time during program phase.What you will doAs a Geometry Assurance Analyst (GAA) you will be working during the complete car program, from early phase to implementation in the plant. You will be a part of a commodity engineering team and will contribute to the creation of the Geometry Systems for Product and Manufacturing processes.
- Lead, drive, analyse and report geometry deviations to solution within your geometry area.
- Coordinate and drive a « geometry team » during program launches.
- Contribute to the geometry work in early stages within new vehicle programs
- Secure the geometry performance of the product and the capability of production areas.
What you will bringRequired qualifications
- Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering or corresponding professional experience.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Meritorious
- Experience from geometry work and good knowledge of geometry systems.
- Good practical and theoretical knowledge about Volvo product development process.
- Experience and knowledge about geometry assurance work at external and/or internal suppliers.
- Specific knowledge: Process designer, Team center, CM4D (geometry-follow-up program), understanding and using the geometry simulation tool RD&T (Robust Design and Tolerance)

CompensationBase Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 2200 EUR.
- The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
