Le poste d’intern au sein de l’équipe d’amélioration continue chez Fujifilm représente une merveilleuse opportunité pour les étudiants intéressés par le secteur biopharmaceutique. Exigences et Profil Recherché

Critères d’éligibilité :
Les candidats doivent être actuellement inscrits dans un programme éducatif au Danemark et doivent obtenir des points ESCT pour le stage, de préférence dans un domaine connexe comme les biopharmaceutiques ou l’ingénierie. Cependant, les candidatures de toute formation seront examinées.

Nous cherchons trois stagiaires, chacun possédant des compétences uniques :

A *Data-Oriented Intern* pour appuyer les efforts d’analyse et de reporting.
A *Hands-On Shop Floor Intern* pour aider aux activités et améliorations sur site.
An *All-Round and 3D Printing Enthusiast* pour contribuer à des travaux de prototypage et des tâches créatives.

Responsabilités Clés

Les stagiaires s’engageront dans diverses activités qui incluent :

Facilitation d’Ateliers: Collaborer avec des équipes pour planifier et réaliser des ateliers d’amélioration des processus.
Analyse de Données & Création de Tableaux de Bord: Utiliser Alteryx pour construire des sources de données robustes et développer des tableaux de bord dans Tableau et Power Apps.
Projets d’Amélioration: Mener et exécuter des projets axés sur l’amélioration continue et la résolution systématique de problèmes.
Activités Kaizen: Participer à des initiatives visant à identifier et résoudre les défis opérationnels.
Développement de KPI: Contribuer à la création d’indicateurs de performance clés.
Promotion de la Culture CI: Défendre la culture d’amélioration continue sur le site de fabrication.
Support aux Réunions de Performance: Assister à la facilitation de réunions centrées sur l’excellence opérationnelle.
Application des Outils LEAN: Acquérir de la compétence dans l’application d’outils LEAN tels que 5S, 3C, et PDCA.

Implication dans les Projets

Les stagiaires auront aussi l’opportunité de participer à :

Initiative Visuelle de Lieu de Travail: Contribuer à des efforts pour rendre les opérations plus centrées sur l’humain.
Développement d’Applications Power Apps: Aider à la création d’applications pour divers usages.
Prototypage 3D: Assister dans les efforts de prototypage pour optimiser les processus.
Amélioration des Instructions de Travail: Participer à des initiatives pour simplifier et améliorer la documentation.

Objectifs d’Apprentissage

Les stagiaires bénéficieront d’une expérience approfondie dans le domaine de la fabrication biopharmaceutique, englobant :

Exposition à la Fabrication Biopharmaceutique: Introduction complète aux processus, de la culture cellulaire aux étapes en aval, respectant un cadre cGMP.
Expérience avec un CDMO: Apprendre les contextes social, technique, et commercial d’un Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization.
Responsabilité de Projet: Diriger des projets pour se familiariser avec les outils LEAN, y compris la gestion des parties prenantes.

Qualifications Requises

Les candidats doivent présenter les qualités suivantes :

Intérêt académique ou formation dans le secteur de la fabrication biopharmaceutique ou de l’optimisation des processus.
Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes solides.
Maîtrise de outils d’analyse de données et de plateformes de visualisation telles qu’Alteryx, Tableau, et Power Apps.
Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe. La langue de travail est l’anglais.
Engagement envers l’amélioration continue et apprentissage.

Processus de Candidature

However, we consider enrolled candidate, no matter the education.About the Role: We are seeking dedicated interns eager to gain hands-on experience in optimizing processes, facilitating workshops, analyzing data, creating dashboards, and supporting improvement initiatives within the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to dynamic projects emphasizing LEAN, performance, and Shingo methodologies in Drug Substance Manufacturing.While you’ll have the autonomy to work independently, robust support and guidance are available whenever required, with a strong emphasis on mentoring during your initial month to ensure seamless integration and skill development.We are looking for three interns, each bringing their unique strengths:A Data-Oriented Intern to support analytics and reporting efforts. Qualifications:

Open interest or academic background in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or process optimization.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization platforms like Alteryx, Tableau, and Power Apps.
