Le poste d’International Bid Manager chez Pwrteams est une opportunité unique de participer à des projets qui touchent plus de 500 millions de personnes dans le monde. Le candidat idéal sera un acteur clé dans la préparation de propositions pour des clients publics et privés, en veillant à ce que chaque offre soit à la fois fiable et optimisée.
Responsabilités
En tant qu’International Bid Manager, vous serez au cœur de la gestion des offres internationales :
- Coordination : Collaborer étroitement avec les Bid Managers régionaux pour assurer le bon déroulement des processus d’appel d’offres.
- Conseil : Être le point de référence pour les différentes zones d’activité, en les guidant dans la préparation des offres conformément aux standards élevés de l’entreprise.
- Révision : Passer par la porte de qualité avant la soumission et participer à la qualification des documents d’appel d’offres.
- Optimisation : Améliorer les processus au sein de l’équipe de gestion des offres internationales.
- Maintenance des données : Assurer la collecte et la mise à jour des données pertinentes pour les propositions.
Qualifications requises
Le candidat idéal doit posséder :
- Expérience : Connaissance de la gestion des offres avec une expérience dans les procédures de passation de marché, idéalement dans le secteur technologique ou public.
- Formation : Diplôme ou formation dans un domaine commercial, juridique ou administratif, ou en cours d’obtention.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais à un niveau C2, d’autres langues (comme l’allemand ou l’espagnol) étant un plus.
- Compétences : Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office et idéalement expérience avec Atlassian JIRA, Confluence et HubSpot.
- Qualités personnelles : Capacité d’analyse, rigueur, sens de l’organisation et goût pour le travail en équipe.

- Be at the heart of our international tenders and work closely with our regional Bid Managers to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Be the go-to person for our business areas, coordinating and guiding them in preparing offers and making sure they meet our high standards
- By the quality gate before submission
- Reviewing, preparing and supporting the qualification of tender documents for colleagues in our various business areas
- Optimization of processes in our International Bid Management as well as in the general cross-departmental cooperation
- Support the collaboration with regional Bid Managers
- Support in tender related data procurement and maintenance Qualifications:
Our ideal teammate has/is:
- Knowledge and experience in EU procurement and Bid Management (ideally in the Tech / Public sector space – would be an advantage, but not a criterion for exclusion)
- Training in a commercial, legal or administrative field or degree (completed or ongoing) in economics, business informatics, law, administrative sciences or similar
- You have a C2 level knowledge of written and spoken English
- Additional language skills (e.g., German, Spanish, or others) would be advantageous (but are not a criterion for exclusion)
- You are proficient at using common Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
- You may already have some experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence as well as HubSpot
- You are characterized by structured thinking, a high degree of accuracy and an independent and focused way of working
- You have a high level of quality awareness for your work
- You are ready to contribute and realize your own ideas and you have a healthy dose of humor
