- Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe pour atteindre les objectifs des projets et des clients.

Compétences Requises
Pour être éligible au poste, le candidat doit posséder :
- Expérience : Minimum de 5 ans dans le domaine de l’automatisation des tests.
- Tests Automatisés : Expérience avérée dans la création et la gestion de frameworks d’automatisation des tests.
- Pratiques CI/CD : Compréhension approfondie des pratiques CI/CD, du développement piloté par les tests (TDD) et du développement orienté comportement (BDD).
- Outils de Test : Maîtrise des outils et langages d’automatisation des tests (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Langages de Programmation : Bonne connaissance en C# et Java.
- Concepts de Base de Données : Familiarité avec SQL et NoSQL.
- Intégration : Expérience dans l’intégration de code d’automatisation des tests avec des outils de gestion des tests.
- Tests de Performance : Connaissance de la conception et de la mise en œuvre de tests de performance.
- Support : Capacité à guider et soutenir d’autres ingénieurs en tests automatisés.
- Communication : Compétences en anglais (B2+) pour communiquer avec des équipes internationales.
- Mobilité : Capacité à voyager occasionnellement chez les clients.

- Certificat ISTQB Foundation.

- Collaboration with team members, testing and implementation project activities to achieve project and client goals
- Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting
- Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Minimum 5 year experience in Test Automation
- Proven experience in building and managing test automation frameworks from scratch (design test automation architecture)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, test-driven development (TDD), and behavior-driven development (BDD)
- Expertise in test automation tools and languages (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Good programming knowledge in c# and Java
- Experience with database concepts and query languages (SQL , NoSQL)
- Experience with integrating test automation code with test management tools
- Knowledge of design/implementation of performance tests
- Ability to guide and support other test automation engineers
- English skill enabling to communicate in teams distributed across the world (B2+)
- Ability to occasionally travel to the client’s location
Ideally, you’ll also have
- ISTQB Foundation
- Experience in Financial industry
