Job Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, operational efficiency, and sales targets for Personal, Home, and ASB Financing products. 2. Customer and Partner Relationship Management Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and business partners while developing new partnerships to grow the bank’s customer base and revenue. 3. Team Leadership and Performance Management Provide guidance to the Sales Team, set clear objectives, monitor performance, and ensure sales targets are met through effective coaching and communication. 4. Product Portfolio and Pipeline Monitoring Oversee the portfolio and pipeline of Personal, Home, and ASB Financing products to ensure healthy growth, efficient disbursements, and compliance with regulatory requirements. 5. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management Ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines, policies, and regulations, addressing product-related inquiries and resolving compliance issues promptly. 6. Process Optimization and Feedback Regularly review and improve loan processes, provide feedback to partners, and ensure efficient service turnaround times for approvals and disbursements. 7. Training and Staff Development Enhance staff competencies and knowledge through training programs, ensure effective task rotation for succession planning, and attend relevant training as required. 8. Reporting and Audit Coordination Provide information to internal and external audits, track sales performance, and ensure transparent communication of updates to all stakeholders. Job Requirements: 1. Educational and Professional Background Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields (Master’s is an advantage) with 5-8 years of experience in the banking sector, particularly in data analytics, sales monitoring and financing products. 2. Leadership and Sales Management Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams, develop strategies, and achieve sales targets for financing products like Personal, Home, and ASB Financing. 3. Regulatory and Product Knowledge Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management, with expertise in financing product portfolios. 4. Relationship Building and Communication Excellent relationship management skills with clients, business partners, and stakeholders, along with strong communication abilities in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 5. Data Analytics and Problem-Solving Skills Proficiency in analyzing sales performance, optimizing processes, and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
