Le rôle de Manager, QMS-System Performance Excellence est intégré dans le Bureau de Gestion de la Qualité et nécessite une collaboration étroite avec les responsables des processus QMS, les gestionnaires de programmes de normes et les leaders à l’échelle mondiale.
Responsabilités
Les principales missions incluent :

Gestion d’équipe :
- Développer les compétences des membres de l’équipe.
- Établir des normes d’excellence élevées et responsabiliser l’équipe.
- Assurer un suivi régulier et constructif.
- Récompenser les contributions positives.

Supervision du cadre QMS/BPM :
- Développer la stratégie et la vision pour la structure QMS.
- Établir des indicateurs de performance QMS.
- Gérer le QMS/BPM de manière intégrée.
- Encadrer la simplification des processus et programmes.

Intégration des exigences QMS :
- Assurer le succès du déploiement QMS à travers les fonctions de la chaîne de valeur.
- Éliminer les obstacles à l’exécution des plans de déploiement.
- Communiquer clairement les standards de qualité.
- Amélioration continue :
- Recueillir des retours sur le QMS et diriger les efforts d’amélioration.
- Promouvoir le partage des leçons apprises et l’évolution continue du QMS.
Qualifications et Compétences Requises
Éducation :
- Baccalauréat ou équivalent dans un domaine technique, tel que l’ingénierie.
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans un QMS.
Expérience :
- Connaissance des normes de qualité, en particulier dans l’industrie automobile.
- Connaissance des processus d’ingénierie et de gestion des opérations.
Compétences :
- Solides compétences de leadership et interpersonnelles.
- Capacité de traitement et d’analyse des données pour des recommandations éclairées.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment la suite Microsoft Office.
Préférence : Maîtrise de la langue japonaise.

This includes interpretation of requirements and management of documents, processes, and procedures.Business Process Management and ImprovementYou must be experienced in the practice of identifying, analyzing, and improving existing business processes to optimize performance, meet requirements and standards, or simply improve quality and the user experience for customers and end-users.CommunicationThis is a connective role with important interfaces across product development, engineering, and operations. You must have strong technical writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively.Project/Program ManagementWork ethic, responsiveness, and results orientation matter! With everyone driving hard to achieve the company’s goals, it is critical to have strong project planning and structured approaches to big decisions. This must include following a methodical approach to change control.Change LeaderYou need to have the ability to influence and enthuse others through personal advocacy, vision, and drive. This position can be uncomfortable and requires you to embrace the tension, listen and learn if we are to continuously improve.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Be a people Manager:
- Assist in the development of team members reporting to you.
- Set high standards of excellence and hold your team accountable.
- Frequently check in with team members on a one-on-one basis.
- Provide feedback to team members in real time.
- Reward and recognize positive impacts.
- Motivate team members to achieve successful outcomes.
Provide oversight of the QMS/BPM (Business Process Management) framework:
- Provide the strategy and vision for the QMS structure: quality manual, quality policy, standards, processes, and programs.
- Develop and drive QMS performance metrics.
- Manage the QMS/BPM from end-to-end as a system of processes.
- Sustain QMS/BPM project portfolio, which includes managing stakeholder feedback and project selection.
- Provide oversight of the Management Review process as a process steward. (as applicable)
- Lead QMS business process development efforts to simplify and streamline the QMAP.
Lead the integration of QMS requirements and structure across processes and sites:
- Be accountable for the success of QMS deployment (integration of requirements) across value chain functions.
- Collaborate with local teams and remove roadblocks to defining and executing site deployment plan.
- Collaborate with process owners and remove roadblocks to defining and executing deployment plan across the enterprise.
- Serve as a point of contact for QMS and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Communicate quality standards and processes, and provide explanation for QMS stakeholders.
- Coach and guide SPE team members on proper implementation and use of the quality standards, including conducting formal training where appropriate.
- Develop and lead QMS activities for requirements verification and validation.
Lead QMS improvement projects both locally and across the enterprise:
- Lead in the gathering of feedback on the QMS and work within the QMS-SPE team for resolutions.
- Coach SPE engineers on QMS business process improvement efforts.
- Ensure closed-loop sharing of lessons learned.
- Drive continual improvement of the QMS.
Education:Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Engineering or other related technical fields
- 5+ years working within a QMS
- Knowledge of quality standards for automotive industry
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office suite
Experience
- Knowledge of systems engineering, business process management
- Knowledge of semiconductor, automotive industry or other related manufacturing
- Knowledge of Micron’s Quality Management System
- Knowledge of requirements management
Qualifications
- Experience in a Fabrication, Product engineering, Global Quality or another relevant group.
- Experience in the application of quality standards for the Automotive Industry
- Experience in interpreting requirements and implementing a QMS/BPM (business process management) framework.
- Excellent problem solver with the ability to interpret and effectively resolve complex, technical, or ambiguous issues.
- Experience leading and coordinating projects and efforts across many different project groups.
- Must have a proven ability to motivate others.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of people
- Strong communication skills, ability to assemble, analyze, and evaluate data and provide well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to support the business stakeholders.
- Be self-directed/independent and able to multitask and prioritize tasks and projects across your team.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage workloads successfully and provide outstanding customer service.
- Preferred: Japanese-speaking candidate
- Respond well to constructive feedback.
