Ce poste d’analyste en titres et dérivés (Intitulé interne : Analyste en titres et dérivés 1 – C09) est centré sur la coordination avec l’équipe des services de transaction pour le traitement des ordres et transactions émanant des salles de marché et des bureaux. Le candidat retenu jouera un rôle essentiel dans la vérification, le règlement et l’investigation des transactions de titres et de dérivés des clients.

Responsabilités clés

Dans ce rôle, vous serez amené à :

• Vérifier les opérations pour garantir l’exactitude des demandes de réservation.
• Générer et accorder des confirmations de transactions conformément aux modèles ISDA.
• Effectuer des tâches de règlement et des réévaluations tarifaires quotidiennes avec précision.
• Coordonner les problèmes de traitement des transactions avec les départements concernés.
• Réaliser des contrôles réglementaires et des activités de réconciliation de comptes.
• Préparer et soumettre des rapports réglementaires internes et externes.
• Participer aux exercices de preuve de Grand Livre périodiques.
• Évaluer les risques liés aux décisions commerciales, en veillant à la réputation de l’entreprise.

Exigences

Pour réussir à ce poste, vous devriez posséder :

• Une expérience pertinente est préférable.
• Une compréhension fondamentale des produits de trésorerie, des politiques comptables et réglementaires.
• La capacité à exécuter plusieurs activités simultanément dans un environnement à haut risque.
• Une connaissance démontrée des macros.
• Des compétences en communication, écrite et orale, en anglais et en mandarin.
• Un diplôme universitaire.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests
• Generate and match trade confirmations according to the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) templates
• Complete settlement tasks and daily rate revaluations accurately and on time
• Coordinate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution
• Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities in accordance with established policies
• Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports
• Participate in the periodic General Ledger (GL) proofing exercises as directed
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Relevant experience preferred
• Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies
• Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of macros
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree
