Description du Poste

Le poste de Payroll Analyst s’inscrit dans le cadre du Global Payroll Shared Services (GPSS) et vise à soutenir les opérations de paie pour les associés internes d’ADP en République Tchèque. Ce rôle met l’accent sur la qualité de service et implique une collaboration étroite avec un centre d’excellence de traitement de la paie, garantissant des services de paie précis, ponctuels et conformes aux réglementations.

Responsabilités Principales

Qualité et Contrôle

  • Surveillance des Cycles de Paie : Assurer que toutes les livraisons de paie sont complètes, précises et à temps.
  • Coordination des Opérations : Diriger l’ensemble des opérations de paie pour la République Tchèque, en collaborant avec les parties prenantes.
  • Amélioration Continue : Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des processus et superviser leur mise en œuvre.

Engagement de Service

  • Point de Contact Principal : Être le contact principal pour toutes les demandes de service liées à la paie, visant un service client de classe mondiale.
  • NPS et Satisfaction Client : Rechercher constamment à améliorer le « Net Promoter Score » et à dépasser les attentes de service.
  • Catalogues de Services : Gérer les éléments du catalogue de services spécifiques au pays pour répondre aux obligations internes et externes.

Risques et Conformité

  • Programme de Sensibilisation aux Risques : Soutenir et diriger les initiatives locales de sensibilisation aux risques.
  • Conformité Réglementaire : Vérifier que toutes les exigences réglementaires spécifiques au pays sont respectées.

Intelligence d’Affaires et Reporting

  • Rapports d’Intelligence : Produire des rapports hebdomadaires spécifiques au pays avec analyses et recommandations.
  • Analyse de Données : Utiliser Excel et d’autres outils pour gérer et analyser les données pertinentes.

Qualifications Requises

  • Minimum de **3 ans d’expérience** en paie, y compris le traitement de la paie en République Tchèque.
  • Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
  • Baccalauréat en affaires ou en comptabilité, ou expérience équivalente.

📝 Description du poste : Payroll AnalystADP is hiring a Payroll Analyst – Czech Republic, supporting “GPSS” Global Payroll Shared Services, for internal ADP associates and business for Czech Republic. In this Service and Quality focused role, you will be able to use your country specific payroll and regulatory knowledge, while collaborating with a dedicated Payroll Processing Center of Excellence, in the delivery of consistently highly accurate, timely and compliant payroll services deliverables.In this role, you will become part of the Global Payroll EMEA Region leadership team with a focus on service and quality. You will look to establish and strengthen highly productive relationships with country and regional stakeholders, while engaging with purpose driven methodologies and approaches which seek to develop a state of continuous process improvements, a proactive mindset in the timely and accurate delivery of country products and services, establishing and maintaining an on-going state of audit readiness and risk mitigation, while continually seeking and developing innovation opportunities.The Payroll Analyst – Czech Republic role will also be supported by a dedicated Global Payroll team of country specifical payroll processing resources, reporting and analytics support, global tax and compliance expertise, a global payroll training academy and a quality assurance and controls team.This position is an individual contributor role and will be based in the Prague ADP location and report directly to the EMEA Payroll Operations Director – Global Payroll Shared Services.RESPONSIBILITIES:Quality Assurance and Controls

  • Monitor each payroll cycle and processing activities to ensure all payroll deliverables are completed on-time and accurate.
  • Accountable for leading overall payroll services operation for Czech Republic payroll operations with coordination of all up and downstream stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll results.
  • Lead post payroll review and learning sessions.
  • Continually identify process improvement opportunities and oversee process improvement framework.
  • Perform Standard Operating Procedures controls testing.
  • Engage with Quality Assurance team in the development of country specific audit readiness game plans.
  • Act as back-up for other countries payroll analyst/specialist, as required

Service Engagement

  • Engage as primary country point of contact for payroll related service requests, with primary goal of providing World Class Customer Service, while increasing Speed to Serve and Speed of Delivery.
  • With a high degree of engagement, ensure that all service cases are being completed as per Service Level Agreement goals. In addition, create an “Exceed Service Expectation” response.
  • Continually identify opportunities to increase “NPS” Net Promoter Score performance.
  • Actively participate in the “MDI” Managing for Daily Improvement sessions.
  • Daily, capture use cases for Tier 0 and enhanced service delivery platforms.
  • Manage country specific service and product catalog items, to ensure ADP meets all external and internal associate and business obligations.
  • Responsible that all countries in scope of responsibilities are meeting and exceeding all SLA’s, to include external stakeholders, vendors, and government regulators.

Risk and Compliance

  • Continually support “GPSS” Risk Awareness Raise Your Hand program, while being local program leader.
  • Develop, monitor, and validate “Global Payroll Shared Services” 2nd-line of defense risk mitigation and Target Risk Operating Model objectives.
  • Manage country Self Assurance Activities.
  • Verify all country specific regulatory requirements are being followed and executed as required.
  • Support and provide country specific expertise as it relates to local and regional business travel and subsequent tax compliance requirements.

Business Intelligence, Analytics and Reporting

  • Produce weekly country specific weekly business intelligence reports and forward analysis and recommendations.
  • Able to use MS Excel and other tools to manage, work, and analyzing data.
  • Participate in “GPSS” data mining and advanced analytics program.
  • Assist in the development of country specific dashboards and reporting products.
  • Lead with Regional EMEA Director of Global Payroll Shared Services Monthly Operational sessions with key stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 3+ years of payroll experience in complex operations to include CZE payroll processing.
  • 1+ years of process excellence initiatives experience.
  • Experience of Globalview [SP] payroll platform would be preferable
  • Ability to communication, read, and write in English
  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in education and experience with a Major Area of Concentration in Business or accounting preferred or equivalent education and experience.
