Rôle et responsabilités :
Le People Solutions Business Partner joue un rôle stratégique essentiel, en collaborant avec les dirigeants et les managers pour mettre en place des stratégies RH alignées sur les objectifs business. Les principales responsabilités incluent :

• Partenariat stratégique : Conseil à la direction sur les questions RH stratégiques, conformité aux lois du travail norvégiennes et gestion des opérations RH.
• Processus RH : Conduite des processus RH mondiaux et nationaux, en mettant l’accent sur l’efficacité.
• Droit du travail : Gestion des questions juridiques complexes et négociations avec les représentants syndicaux.
• Technologie et IA : Intégration de solutions technologiques et d’outils d’IA pour optimiser les processus RH.
• Gestion de projet : Direction et participation à des projets RH, tant locaux qu’internationaux.
• Gestion du changement : Accompagnement des équipes lors des changements organisationnels.
• Données et analyses : Utilisation des données RH pour identifier les tendances et formuler des recommandations.

Qualifications requises

Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :

• Expérience avérée en RH dans un environnement international.
• Connaissance approfondie du droit du travail norvégien et des négociations collectives.
• Expérience documentée dans la gestion de projets RH.
• Intérêt marqué pour les technologies et l’IA.
• Maîtrise du norvégien et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
• Exposition à un environnement de travail hybride.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience in advanced HR work in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Norwegian labor law, negotiation, and collective agreements.
• Documented experience in successfully leading and driving HR projects.
• Strong interest in technology and AI, and the ability to see the potential in new solutions.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
