With a focus on creating exceptional advantage for our clients, we are looking for a proactive individual who can drive projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering outstanding results.This role holds accountability for the tracking and reporting the status of the portfolio of projects. At a project level – it is accountable for managing the project scope, the project budget and co-ordinating project team and resources to achieve the desired client outcomes and Lancom business objectives.Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the project lifecycle, including planning, kick-off, delivery, billing, and closure.

• Serve as the liaison between Professional Services, Customer Success Managers, and clients.
• Ensure project scope, budget, and outcomes are aligned with both Lancom and client objectives.
• Facilitate communication across project teams and stakeholders to track actions, issues, risks, and challenges.
• Create and maintain capacity plan for the Professional Services team
• Maintain detailed knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques.

What you’ll need

• Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in project management within a technical or IT environment.
• A first-rate degree – all disciplines considered (Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar preferred)
• At least one of the following industry certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Associate, AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft MCSE Certified
