Description générale

Hitachi recherche un ingénieur R&D dédié à la plateforme de produits StarLiquid des transformateurs de distribution. Ce rôle implique la contribution au développement et à la maintenance de normes techniques, matérielles et de production à l’échelle mondiale.

L’ingénieur aura pour mission de répondre proactivement aux besoins des parties prenantes et de livrer des changements aux normes en publiant des documents selon des priorités convenues.

Responsabilités principales

• Apporter des changements aux normes techniques et de production à l’échelle mondiale.
• Évaluer l’impact des changements et leurs implications.
• Gérer le suivi des modifications avec la documentation appropriée.
• Coopérer avec des experts techniques pour combler les lacunes technologiques.
• Proposer des solutions acceptables en termes d’effort et de risque.
• Assurer une perspective à long terme lors de l’introduction des normes.
• Communication avec les parties prenantes et suivi de leur satisfaction.
• Établir des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) pour surveiller le service.
• Proposer des améliorations à la gestion du service.

Défis à relever

• Maitrise des multiples technologies du portefeuille de produits de transformateurs de distribution.
• Traiter les demandes en attente déjà collectées.
• Répondre aux lacunes dans la documentation technologique mondiale.
• Obtenir l’adhésion des unités réceptrices pour une mise en œuvre efficace des changements.
• Collaborer avec une organisation répartie à l’échelle mondiale et pluridisciplinaire.

Profil recherché

• Diplôme d’ingénieur avec un master, de préférence en ingénierie électrique, mécanique ou en ingénierie de produit.
• Connaissance approfondie des normes techniques du domaine.
• Capacité à utiliser les normes et règlements externes/internes.
• Expérience en gestion de projets (un atout).
• Familiarité avec les systèmes de gestion de documents (un plus).
• Compétences analytiques avérées et attention aux détails.
• Excellentes capacités de présentation et de communication, avec une maîtrise de l’anglais.
• Attitude autonome, capable de prioriser efficacement et de gérer son temps.

• Proposing actions necessary to introduce changes with acceptable effort and risk
• Assure long-term perspective while introducing changes to standards

• Multiple technologies within Distribution Transformers products portfolio
• Resolving already collected backlog of requests

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

• Engineering title with master’s degree, preferable in electrical, mechanical or product engineering or similar field
• Understanding standard body of knowledge in a technical field
• Ability to use external/internal standards and regulations
• Usage of various communication channels
• Change management process understanding
• Project management experience (will be a plus)
• Familiar with document management systems (will be a plus)
• Transformers technology (will be a plus)
• Ability to make technical judgements in a field of expertise
• Understanding technical documentation and drawings
• Preparing technical specifications and process description
• Analytical skills
• Evaluation of tasks effort and prioritization
• Self-driven, motivated, and autonomous
• Time management

• Good presentation and communication skills
