Le rôle de Salesforce Solution Architect
Dans le cadre de la recherche de nouvelles solutions pour leurs initiatives de vente numérique, Siemens recrute un Salesforce Solution Architect au sein de son équipe IT Digital Commerce. Ce rôle vise à exploiter les plateformes Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud, ainsi que Sales and Service Cloud, pour soutenir la transformation numérique de l’entreprise.
Responsabilités principales
Vos missions incluront :
- Agir en tant qu’expert sur les technologies Salesforce auprès des parties prenantes internes.
- Collaborer avec des équipes pour recueillir les exigences et développer des solutions adaptées.
- Concevoir, développer et mettre en œuvre des solutions Salesforce.
- Assurer la sécurité, la performance et la scalabilité des solutions Salesforce.
- Former et encadrer les membres juniors de l’équipe sur les meilleures pratiques Salesforce.
Profil recherché
Le candidat idéal doit posséder :
- Un diplôme en sciences, en affaires ou en ingénierie.
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de solutions Salesforce.
- Une connaissance approfondie des produits Salesforce, en particulier Commerce et Revenue Cloud.
- Des compétences en développement Salesforce, notamment en Apex et Visualforce.
- De solides capacités de communication et interpersonnelles, ainsi qu’un esprit d’équipe.

- Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce Cloud technology to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop custom solutions.
- Lead the design and assist with development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement integrations with other Salesforce and non-Salesforce systems.
- Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
- Mentor and train junior members of the team on Salesforce best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce Commerce and Revenue Cloud releases and provide recommendations for new features and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to business project managers, developers, and end-users.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce Commerce services, including coordination of implementation activities.
- Work with project managers and team members to develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
We are looking for someone with…
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce suite of products, including Commerce and Revenue Cloud, and related technologies, including the configuration and customization of Salesforce technology.
- Proven experience with designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and data model.
- Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Agile Tools and methodology
- Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus.
- Consulting experience a plus
- Professional certifications (ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, etc.) a plus
- Available to travel up to 20% of the time
- Fluency in English
