Description du Poste

Le stage SAP iXp vise à offrir aux étudiants universitaires une immersion dans un cadre de travail stimulant, où la culture de collaboration et l’accent mis sur l’apprentissage sont prioritaires. Les stagiaires auront l’opportunité de développer des compétences transversales au sein d’une équipe dynamique et internationale.

Missions Principales

Les principales responsabilités incluent :

• Analyse et Résolution d’Incidents : Utiliser des bases de connaissances et vérifier les paramètres de personnalisation du logiciel.
• Support Technique : Collaborer avec les développeurs et les équipes clients pour résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes.
• Participation Actif à la Communauté SAP : Devenir un conseiller de confiance et partager son savoir-faire avec les autres ingénieurs.
• Consultations Clients : Fournir des conseils sur les problèmes procéduraux et gérer les questions des utilisateurs.
• Création de Contenu : Maintenir la base de connaissance technique ainsi qu’élargir son propre développement professionnel.

Profil Recherché

Compétences et Qualités :

• Étudiants en technologies de l’information, en sciences informatiques, en génie informatique ou domaines similaires.
• Connaissances en programmation orientée objet.
• Capacités communicationnelles exceptionnelles, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, avec un bon sens du service client.
• Aptitudes analytiques et compétences en résolution de problèmes.
• Flexibilité pour travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais, et des compétences en espagnol sont un atout.

Meet your team:
If successful, you’ll join an experienced team locally in Brazil and collaborate with your colleagues globally across teams based in EMEA, AMER and APJ. You’ll support our customers and partners with a cloud mindset and work with industry defining applications across our Public Cloud ERP suite. You’ll build your troubleshooting expertise across topics such as; APIs, Debugging, configuration and research methodologies.What you’ll do:Our Technical Support organization is looking for an intern to join the SAP S/4Hana Public cloud team. In Technical Support we provide our customers with outstanding technical customer service. The primary responsibility of our Team is to assist our customers in resolving issues related to SAP ERP. In this role also works closely with Developers and customer teams to facilitate complex problem resolution. During the internship, you will troubleshoot and solve incoming customer issues through multiple channels, such as cases, Expert Chat and Schedule an Expert. Collaboration, customer focus and communication are key to achieving strong customer satisfaction and these are assets we associate to the role of an associate within Public Cloud ERP (S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition). Functionally, some key tasks are listed below:

• Analyze and resolve customer Incidents by means of knowledge databases and verification of software customizing entries and hardware parameters.
• Report errors and identify possible resolution to development support.
• Become an active participant in the SAP community, developing as a trusted advisor.
• Provide consultation for customers on procedural issues and queries.
• Share knowledge as a collaborator and advocate for our global engineer community.
• Create content for and maintain the technical knowledge database.
• Leverage the resources within the portfolio to progress and develop your own career
